I went through with another adult and we both had fun! Was adults it wasn’t very scary but the maze was a bit challenging. It was fun and set up to look nice!

It was fun going through the maze. There are two routes you can take, easy and hard, but there’s not too much difference. The mirror section is the most fun part of the maze. I think it took me around 20 minutes in total to find my way out.

FUN!!! SCARY!!! SO WORTH IT! We were not expecting this to be scary but it was a fun scary! It truly took effort to find our way out! We really enjoyed it. I would not take younger children through it. We took our 14 year old and that age was fine. The sign said 5 and younger but I wouldn’t take 8 or younger through it.

It was totally a fun experience for my 13 year olds. Not sure you’d get your money’s worth for older kids. Make sure you buy all 4 tickets it’s worth the extra money

It’s overpriced for what it is but it was a lot of fun, the maze was a blast for my family. I won’t give anything away but there are great surprises to keep the family entertained. $4 less per person would be much more reasonable, however, it’s still a fun attraction

Fun but a little pricey considering the whole attraction can be done in about a half hour to 45 minutes. I would have given three stars because most of it was not accessible to my dad in his wheelchair, but one good thing about this attraction is the walk through fun house was accessible (with some difficulty at parts though so if the chair had been wider it might not have made it)

We finished the maze in 10 minutes, the maze was just ok. The two light games afterwards we tried were fun. I found a deal on Groupon so it was worth it. I would do games again but not the maze.

Definitely not for a 6 year old. The sign says for kids above 5 and I asked to double check. It definitely isnt appropriate for any kids with the random shooting sounds and creepy creatures.

This was a lot of fun! We had a group of 10 kids and 2 adults and we did all three games. The kids loved it!

All I can say is have a coupon from Groupon before going here if not its going to cost u a bit and its not worth it now dont get me wrong it is fun if u do it all not just the maze the thing is the maze gos fast though and as much as others was paying for it its not really with it just being honest.. how ever the workers there are also nice..

I brought my daughter and friend here today because they were off due to the strike. My daughter found out about Amazing Maze after searching the internet for something fun to do. She and her friend wereso excited! We got there, paid $22 for parking and arrived to find out they were closed for Halloween decorating. They were so bummed. I told the manager I thought they should have posted something on their web site and that we would like to come back but since I’d paid for parking once, there was no way I’d pay for both parking and admission again. I asked him if he could issue us tickets for our return visit. He said no, he couldn’t do that. I will not return and I wouldn’t trust this business to ever recommend it. Such a disappointment!

This was so fun! I thought it might be to kiddie for two grown adults but that mirror maze was pretty difficult to figure out! I definitely recommend checking it out.

Had a great time here, and the Haunted Maze during the Halloween season is fantastic! Plenty of screaming heard from others going through it.

The whole place took maybe a half hour but it was a fun time with the family. The mirror maze was the best part as well as the spinning bridge thing. The other two games are fun but last 3 minutes each. Worth the visit though.

I often take visiting kiddos (not recommended for little ones but 5-7+ is good since otherwise it’s a little scary...but it’s not a “scary maze” if that makes sense?) and also visiting friends in general. Kids and adults alike never figure out the mirror part right away. There’s a variety of little sections to navigate and a few super cool elements. If going with kids, I also do recommend the light rooms since even though they look lame, they lend themselves to very fast running for a couple minutes which is always good! As an adult, I like them too because they remind me of old game shows on Nickelodeon as a kid :).All that said, check groupon as it is pretty pricey (like everything at Navy Pier) on its own.

Our cheer squad went here before they competed. The girls all had so much fun! Wait was not bad even though the pier was packed. Great for the kids!!!

Nothing special, in and out in matter of minutes. At least having a discounted Groupon made it more tolerable.

What a terrible waste of time. With with a group of 12 paid $140 to complete a maze in 5 minutes....played two games to hit some buttons another 5 minutes! Dont waste time time or money here

I went with a bunch of kids from my school and it was fun but the my 3 friends and I ran around the maze ONCE and the when we tried going around again they said we we couldnt because we ran around multiple times even though we went through it only a few times! And they also said that they warned us that if we ran again that we we would get kicked out... well first of all we ran only once, and they NEVER told us that. Most of the time they were just sitting on their phones and not paying attention to anything so... I had fun but the customer service was totally bogus.

Kids had a blast, should be a bit longer though.

My husband and I had a great time doing the maze and the two games. The maze is a little short and simplistic, but it is fun to do every couple of years. The games were a lot of fun!

Paid $40 for a family of four, with two girls aged 5 and 8. There was a warning that it could be scary for those under 5, but our both of our girls thought it was too dark and spooky and we had to turn around immediately upon entering. They unfortunately didnt offer us a refund, so please take into account before considering this with any children under 10.

I cant believe people say they dont get lost and its not even a maze. Do they get around the mirror maze or something? I went here a couple years ago and I got lost in the mirror maze. We went out for a hint and the ladies at the front desk were nice and gave us a hint. The rest of the maze its pretty easy. Theres only one way, not like 5 ways.

It just wasnt a lot to offer, especially if you pay 30 for parking. The maze was okay at best, if it had more than three attractions it could be a lot better, but the staff was very friendly.

One of the best activities at the pier if you have kids - ours are 9 & 12 and they loved it.

Ive now been here 3 times, I keep bringing guests to Chicago and if there is anyone between 15-30, I would suggest bringing them here.Get a groupon to save some money.Its a good time killer for about 15-20 mins.The maze is fun and the 2 games after are fun as well.I see negative reviews however Im not too picky.I had a good time, price was good with Groupon and staff has always been nice.

Im from out of state and we found a groupon to do this activity. It was a ton of fun but didnt take a lot of time. I wouldnt pay full price to do this but it was worth the price of the groupon. Also, a great place for children!

Groupon states there is a simulated Chicago fire to stump out, an elevator drop and a simulated fire works show at the end........NONE of that was experienced.They dont tell you at the beginning that you need to find a mirrored door to get out. We were confused as were others. The 2 games that was included in the all-day admission were very fun. I must add that a 5 year old would be very frightened by the whole thing!

Stopped at the fun house maze on a whim, but it turned out to be pretty fun. Theres all the stuff you might expect in there - the maze of mirrors, false doors, random curiosities as you go, etc. The one down side is that its a little pricey for what you get, but I suppose thats to be expected for Navy Pier.
