The experience was exhilarating! The instructors & staff were awesome. The down side was the PUSHING of further services and prepaid trips to come back. They were relentless.

Really fun experience. Staff was very friendly, everyone seemed like they were having a good time, felt very at ease. The returning discount is significant, but its one of those You have to buy it now with me, which is a bit much to throw down in a single day combined with the original fee. Once you buy it, you can use it whenever, but, again, its just a lot to spend at one time. Otherwise, zero complaints with the experience! 100% would go again.

My 14 year old son thoroughly enjoyed himself. I purchased the 3 flights plus the fly high bonus. He was initially skeptical about the entire thing but discovered it was more fun than he’d expected. Definitely will add it to our list of things to do. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to download nor view his video or pics from his flight. The website kept freezing then timing out. The staff was excellent and his flight instructor was very entertaining to say the least.

Its a very pricey place for doing this kind of activities.For your information:2 flights means you will have a chance 2times in the wind tube with an instructor and each time in wind tube you will get only 60 seconds.4 flights means you will have a chance 2times in the wind tube with an instructor and each time in wind tube you will get only 2minutes.Im surprised that they never mentioned that that theres another cheaper price called super saver 2 flights which has the same package like 2 flights but super saver 2 flights only cost $49.95.I was there on 02/06/2020 Thursday afternoon at 3:30pm (which their term and conditions that this cheaper price valid on Monday-Thursday from 12pm - 5:30pm). And they never mentioned about the super saver 2 flights

This is just an amazing place with great staff and wonderful experience they provide you!They have automated sign up kiosks, where you can start registering upon arrival.After that you will be weighted and complete registration at the counter.After wearing the protective gear you will have an instruction session and then be placed into the tube queue to wait you turn.Very well organized and lots of fun!

My girlfriend and I had an absolute blast at iFLY! Our instructor Luke was amazing! Very helpful! As an experienced skydiver, iFLY has a lot to offer, and I know that in the 15 minutes I was flying, I made some huge improvements to my stability and confidence. My girlfriend had an amazing first flight! We will definitely be back!

I went with my 3 siblings (20s) and my 58-yr old parents and we all had a blast! Our instructor was Kasey, who was witty and helpful! We had so much fun making a fool of ourselves at first trying something completely new. Our only complaint was that we wanted a little more instruction on how to do skills like turning before entering the wind tunnel

Having passed this place a few times, I thought maybe it’s something to try one day. After reading more on the website, I was intrigued. So, for my birthday; I booked a session. Everyone was so welcoming, patient and helpful. Having never done this before I had no real idea of what to expect. Thank you all for an awesome birthday experience - especially my instructor Daniel!

We had a good experience here for a birthday celebration. The staff was kind and helpful, the flights were fun and well chaperoned/coached, and the whole vibe was positive and upbeat. We got vouchers at Costco which were such a great deal- would recommend.My only suggestion would be to not try to sell the high flight and extra packages so extensively. After declining to purchase the high-flight at check-in, we were told that it was basically the whole point and best part and that since we saved so much money at costco we can use that extra money to buy our group high-flights. I felt this was rather aggressive but let it go, only to be advertised the high-flight package every ten minutes until we left the building. Our running joke for the rest of the night was to say everything was $20 because of how often we heard it that day. It put a damper on the experience a bit, and it puts everyone in an awkward situation to have to consistently decline spending more money. Our wait was also a bit long- we arrived 15 minutes before our flight time as we were told, but didnt get called back to change and watch the training video until about 30 minutes after we were supposed to.

I must admit I was not excited. I was only going for my friends bday. I was blown away. Our instructor was friendly and funny and the experience was amazing. Im definitely going back

It was new experience for me, and it was unforgettable! I went there with my friends, and our instructor was so professional, he taught us how to fly and showed us some tricks. I definitely want to try it again. By the way, in a few days Ill go skydiving, so its really helped me to be prepared. I recommend!

We had our first visit at the Ifly Chicago this afternoon. Our trainer was Keith who made the whole experience quite average. The atmosphere he created was negative and his attitude and enthusiasm was also very disappointing. He didn’t make us feel welcome or showing any interest in his job. It felt like he doing a favour for us after paying crazy amount of money for a 2 minutes flight. I understand that he is a novice trainer and he is still learning but this shouldn’t affect his costumer service and ruin our first experience. The rest of the team and staff was amazingly helpful, professional and welcoming. The other trainers around were amazingly great at their job.

Such an awesome experience! Ive been wanting to do this for the past few years and finally went for it this year! i went for my birthday and it was amazing! they are organized, helpful and patient. For my first flight I got very nervous right at the point of going into the tunnel but you have to just go for it! something i didnt expect was that I found it pretty hard to breathe at first and started freaking out so my first flight didnt go so well. for my second flight I was much more calm and found that breathing through my nose was much easier. Our instructor Mark was great! very patient, high energy and encouraging. my body was a little sore the next day but no one else that did it felt that way so my body was probably just tense because I was nervous. moral of the story, relax & breathe, and have fun. my family & I are already planning on going back!

Amazing experience. The staff was some of the coolest people I have ever met.

We had so much fun! Our family was greeted with a smile. We were given flight suits and helmets, all were clean and presentable. The ground school was easy to watch and informative. We all had 2 one-minute flights. The second flight took us at least 20 feet up in the air! This was a spring break treat for our 3 kids. The look on their faces was priceless! Well worth the price.

OMG! So much fun! I was nervous, but the instructor was very good in helping me understand the commands and relaxing. One minute in the chamber is quite long; longer than than I expected. Wow! I would do it again. The place was extremely clean! Hopefully, an iFly will be in Saint Louis soon.

We had a 2 flights first time flyer. Was a really fun experience. Only thing is that its quite expensive for just 2 minutes of flying, plus if you want to do anything other than simple flying it cost more money. Also you are not able to take any pics or videos unless you know someone that is not flying and is sitting outside. They will record and take your pictures but that also cost money. If you checkin with them on Facebook you can get your pics and videos for free.

This place is great for young kids to adults looking to fly! The instructors are wonderful and work really hard to make sure that you understand what you are doing/to make sure that you improve. Be sure to plan for 1-2 hours at this place, youll watch the group go before you and then go so you can see what you will be doing. When youre done, they offer you a discounted rate if you want to come back again. If youre thinking about it, try it. They are very nice and do a lot to make sure you are comfortable.

I was visiting from MD, and was searching on Groupon for things to do. Saw the ad for iFLY, and figured I’d go for it. I have to say, I’m super impressed. I had an excellent experience here at iFLY Chicago, and it’s all thanks to Dan. Dan is a really amazing instructor, and made the experience a lot more personable and fun. I was super nervous going into it since this was my first time, and thanks to Dan I felt at ease at the end. It turns out MD has a few iFLY skydiving locations, and because of today’s experience I will definitely bring my family over once I’m back home.

Good place for experience flying but high cost.Better to have a minute fly than 2 minutes.

My kids go there on a school field trip, after I purchased the video, I found out that the guy got in there with her,keep hitting her hand very hard and repeating it. I understand he was trying to make her open up her finger, but hitting is not the way, to someone who supervises those people, make sure they well trained please, not recommend this place!!!

Ifly is so cool. It was honestly so fun. I thought only being in the air for a minute or two might not be worth it but it was. Anyone who likes a little rush will love this. I recommend it 100%. All the instructors were funny and informative, the gear was in good condition and I felt safe the whole time. It was awesome.

Its super fun just need more time on it.

My husband, my younger brother and I went to iFLY tonight for our first indoor skydiving experience. The guys had a blast! (I did it, but my skydiving skills leave much to be desired, haha.)The staff was very friendly and passionate about what they do. They welcomed everyone and paid extra attention to my brother with special needs with high fives all around. Our flight instructor, Dan, was wonderful with him (and very patient with me!) They have subtitles for the deaf/hearing impaired/people who need them. This is a rarity, and really wonderful.We’ll be back next time my guys want to get their skydive on (but I’ll probably just watch.)

Very unique experience. The flying was very easy to pickup and the instructor was casual, helpful and funny which I enjoyed. I think that its a bit expensive however, they really push the four flight package (I went on the two flight one) and you have to pay $10 extra if you want to go to the top of the tube. I had a nice time overall, but I wouldnt go again and I would only recommend this to someone if they REALLY wanted to try it, but as said before I still had a good time overall.

When I came here I was afraid of heights but after the team made me feel better and I saw others and did the training I got over my fears. This was a great experience, I can’t wait for the next time.

Kids really enjoyed flying! Only draw backs were: (i) wait-time expectations could have been better managed; (ii) expensive for short fly time. Neither bothered my kids and I understand the expense (it must cost a fair amount to run a fan strong enough to lift multiple people). Overall I recommend it as an exciting thing to do in Chicago -- take a fly! Why not?

Awesome experience, great instructor!

Was a very fun and unique experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and really try to make sure you get as much out of your time there as possible.I came straight there after work and wasnt wearing the proper shoes, but luckily they have ones you can wear with the suit.We went with the 5 flights options, which equates to 5 minutes of flight time, with 1 minute being the high fly option. I would definitely recommend the high fly as it allows you to feel more like a professional without needing to do any extra work.

Fun times, but we had a 530 revervation and we had to wait for over an hour before we got to fly. They told me that they had issues but refused to discount the experience. Poor customer service.

Such an awesome experience. The instructors are so good with everyone, but especially the kids, even the big kids... teenager. Very neat thing to do if you want to fly!!
