I owned 2 trailers here. I know Daniel and Jennifer they are so sweet. They helped us so much to me and my husband. I like it here too much . The kids are to play with my son everyday. He loved it here too.

Jennipher and Daniel are great people who take pride in giving their best. Very well maintained properties. Highly recommend.

I didnt realize Jennifer was the manager of this place. I called her and was so surprised. No rentals right now but I do recommend this place 100% they actually answer the phone. No-one is answering right now

A very typical mobile home and RV park. So no staff was available, the residence very cheerfully assisted my wife and I in attaining the information we required; This seems like a very friendly neighborhood for those interested but I got no information about pricing as the units are individually priced.

The management is very bad. They do nothing to help their tenants.Their is never anyone there. The office is allways closed. The maintenance is never there. Their has been several deaths their and not once have they sent out their condolences very disrespectful to the tenants. The park constantly floods they do nothing to improve the park .It has no drive bye appearance. If you have a problem and need something fixed and you call they will not return your call. All their interested in is the money they put no pride in the appearance of their mobile home park. Their very rude people. So you make your own opinion about the park.

Community keeps getting better. Manager is doing a great job of beautifying the area. When there are issues, as soon as the manager is notified, she schedules the maintenance man to come out and fix it as quickly as possible. The neighborhood has gone from trashy (with broken glass and garbage left all over yards) to very nice for walking around (nice green lawns and fresh gravel in driveways). As a result, the area has improved so much and I love it.

I have to say, the management of this park is far above the average. I have seen the efforts of Jennipher over the last couple of years, and her professionalism, the care she has for the tenants, and her desire to do the very best she can, is simply amazing.

You need a 4wd truck just to get to a unit. The roads and driveways are torn up bad. The only money spent is on making the speedbumps higher and more inconvenient

Wonderful experience! The place looked so beautiful, as well as the lady in the office was kind funny and made my experience there wonderful! Would definitely revisit this place looking forward to it! 10/10 would recommend!

They are working very hard to make the park look clean and neat.When I had a issue the manager worked on resolving the problem and was very professional and kind to talk with.I am seeing great results.

Very bad management & ownership as a tendent for 3yrs I DO NOT recommend you doing any type of buisness here! Many issues with getting any assistance as a tendent yet their rental fees continue to go up I was billed for 2 months rent & water $940.00 (Dec.&January) in mid Dec. When asked to speak to an owner I was texted thats impossible the owners are out of state and have no concern over tendent issues took 2days to get a call back was very rude and decided to go to court since there way of over pricing tendents is nothing new. I was charged for 8,000 gals of water one month due to management mistake whenever I asked for my meter reading she stated she forgot to write it down lol...which I paid for 8,000gal of water! They have stray cats all the time which Ive removed twice on my own & taken to the animal shelter when I asked in Nov. for them to remove new cats (3rd time) I only got a respond by the manager she would put cat traps were in January she never came or even call showing up to do as she said! Theres damages to my home from the cats and going to court did nothing...being charged $1,700 for Dec. & half of January for LOT rent (I own the home) and living here 3yrs I will not recommend that you waste your money! They have NOT kept this place safe for children pot holes everywhere the front entrance was dug up including a tendents front yard where months later its still the same with just piles of gravel & cones. Dont try to make ANY type of contact with the management/owners they will do their best to evict anyone showing how fraudulent they are & from $350 lot rent to $1,700 for a late payment in 1month...??? Dont waste your $ & time as I have for 3yrs! The city of Chattanooga needs to come see the conditions they have around here & little interest in the renters issues! & Turning off the water numerous times for broken pipes they try to remair on their own instead of hiring professionals and overcharging charging the tenants for the repairs after 3 new managers & owners...they need 4th ones!

One of the best places Ive bin living in a while the Maniger such a nice person that cares about her tenants she goes above and beyond what she is expected to do she maintaines the trailer park in tip top shape give or take that there are some problems that a cure that are beyond her to fix but she tries to do as much as she can and the neighbors are kind that they make no problems for no body all in all I like living here

Absolutely horrible! Let the general manager know in plenty time that I would be leaving in my site at the end of April 2014. The site was left clean with no trash. The manager indicated that he would be returning my deposit plus some excess rent that I had paid. This is now the end of September 2014, and no check even though I call him every week. Terrible company with which to do business.
