Best of the best when it comes to property management! Very knowledgeable, creative and professional. She thinks outside the box!This lady turned a dead end street into a thriving, friendly community. Last Halloween she invited me to run a facepainting booth for the kids, lots of fun, food and togetherness at this humble community center of an office.I saw this property 15 years ago, it was dark, run down, drugs and crime dictated the neighborhood. I honestly couldn’t believe it was the same place once Jen applied her Midas touch to it!

My family has lived here for awhile no. Compared to any other park... this one actually cares about us. Daniel fixes things quickly and jennipher is so sweet. She’s always willing to help and has gone above and beyond for our family Such a wonderful place & I would recommend anyone to live here. Gotta LOVE a place that you can always feel like home no matter what!

I have lived at the park many years and they finally got a FANTASTIC mgt team with Jennifer and I am not forgetting Daniel as well with maintenance. They do a good job and went above and beyond when the tornado hit. Unfortunately our home was badly damaged probably the worst in this park. They did a great job in all aspects of the storm. I will be so happy to get back into my home and look forward to spending my life there

Really enjoyed our time here so far in our tiny house. It feels very safe and like its own nice little community. There are a lot of kids that roam and things can be a bit loud at times, but overall everyone is very friendly. Breaks a lot of the stereotypes of what you expect from a mobile home park. Jennipher and the maintenance guy Daniel are also really friendly and helpful whenever theyre needed. Definitely recommend it.

I really enjoy having a place to call home! Our managers and maintenance take pride in our community to keep things up to date! They go out of their way make sure we have what we need.

I was looking for a place for a new tiny house I was having built and they were extremely inviting and easy to work with in securing a lot. They have been very great to work with!

My husband and I and our two huskies love living here in our tiny house on wheels! Couldnt be happier that we found a spot close to Chattanoogas city center thats tiny home friendly, pet friendly, and affordable! There is a sweet neighborhood feel to this community that cant be beat. Jennipher in management and Daniel in maintenance have always been so helpful and responsive any time we have reached out with a question or concern or need a helping hand with a hookup at our space. The community has all age groups and you really get to know everyone living here, which we appreciate. Being close to the airport and highway youd think it would be loud but the neighborhood is nice and quiet, aside from the occassional celebration here and there :) If theres a spot available for an RV or tiny home take it! Youll be glad you did.

Jennifer is an amazing and awesome young lady who has her head on right. She always treats us with her upmost respect. She very polite and kind.

Jennifer was very nice over the phone and very helpful with my situation going on. Would love to live there. Will most likely be doing business with yall in the future.

Its a very calm enviroment nobody bothers anyone. Ive lived here for years and never really had any problems...

Happy to be part of this community, Acres of shade is a great community to live in. Everyone is polite and it feels like we’re all a big family. Great management and property keeper are always on top of things. Don’t hesitate to live here because it’s a great place!

Never been inside a unit. However, I deliver food here and the outside of units are well kept. Also, seems like a quiet neighborhood.

Avoid living here at ALL cost. They continually raise the rent, and will change policies/property lines that youre responsible for with NO notice. Amongst other things. The manager is vindictive. Awful.

Poorly managed don’t move there or any other properties they manage. Very disappointing after moving in another mobile home park.
