Location is awesome! Everything is close and convenient. Not alot of traffic. Lived here for a few months and I am so happy.

Weekly rental is ok, i wouldnt suggest staying longer than a month. Drugs are rampant in that area. The neighbors spend most of their time in other peoples business so much that it almost felt like being on the Truman Show living there. I actually accepted an invite to a home a few days ago, turns out they just wanted to threaten us, knowing my veteran status, in their home as opposed to at mine. Ive been here four months and ill be promptly handing in my key as of today.

The 207 number is a SCAM. My boyfriend is in charge of the property at the stated address. The 207 number scammed someone today out of 400 dollars!! Please contact the police if youve made contact with these people and especially if youve given them money. The area code for this property is 423 NOT 207!!!
