Cool park with interesting features. Not much to do but great for Parkour/Freerunners

The city needs to do more with this park. Has great potential. It’s a little forgotten.

This has to be one of the most overrated restaurants in Charlotte.The last time I went there I waited some time to get served, which seems to happen relatively often when youre a woman dining alone. I ordered a burger and onion rings and asked that my burger be cooked medium because I dont like my meat well done. I was told the cook didnt know how to do that but she would try to get him to cook it how I wanted it.When my order arrived my hamburger was sitting precariously in a ridiculously small cardboard basket - so small there was no room to cut it in half. The o-rings arrived separately. And yes, the meat was well done. I waited for my server to check back to see how I was doing but that took so long and I had to get going so I went ahead and ate my meal. When my server finally arrived it was to slap my ticket on the table and walk off.Never again.

Good fields for flag football as long as it’s not raining.

Some of the most beautiful parts of the community can be nestled in such small green spaces.

Awesome, open park the size of about 3 or 4 baseball fields. Played here for my kickball league, but only drawback is the lack of shade...

We play kickball here. Its not a bad place and there is parking all around the park.

For the most part, its a very simple park centered around a multi-use ball field but the stone grandstand is a must see for fans of good stonework.
