Great place! Intimate seating! Nice and clean facility. The restroom needs an overhaul! The stalls ae very small, Im average size and it was a very tight fit!The bar staff was nice and professional. The concert was great, A Soulful Noel.All seating had a great view of the stage.

Really nice theater but the last rows are benches, but chairs. Hard to sit for 2+ hours.

I love SS!! Its the perfect hub to be a part of the creative going ons of Charlotte. The building is always clean and the staff is usually always helpful.

This is a great place to see live performances. There are two small theaters and many classrooms. There is a local radio station housed here and always great local art work. Free to walk in and explore.

Travis Greenes Crossover Live tour used this space IN Charlotte. Elevation Uptown meets here every weekend. Great location!

Great resource for CMS students. They are encouraged to be creative while they learn and support each other. Amazing that classes are free for students.

The only thing this place is used for for the northwest school of arts so why fund a place that will never help anyone get an education .

Got to teach songwriting and recording in one of the classrooms. Our band Kingcity performed and the sound staff was courteous and knowledgeable! Ive experienced artist, Tommy Emmanuel here. Great show! Ive seen the documentary film Glimpse. Always high quality.

Nostalgic and awesome community center in uptown!

I was.there for a free writer and storytelling event put in by the library. Modern decor and saw two awesome storytellers from Charlotte Storytellers talk about the art of storytelling

This in NOT a movie theater. It is a Theatre.

This is my absolute favorite venue to visit and perform. In a city where buildings are torn down without consideration for alternate use, it warms my soul that this former church was repurposed. There are plenty of spaces to lounge and meet before and after a show. The offerings are outstanding. The bicycle racks are the most creative in the city.

McGlothon Theatre is great venue. been attending shows since it was Spirit Square.

Went to McGlowen Theatre for Styx concert. One of my best all time. Enjoyed it immensely. Venue was perfect.

The show venues there are comfortable, and the acoustics are great. They draw some really good acts as well.

I currently take classes here and let me tell you they are very nice and comprehensive people. the location is awesome because you would not get trapped in traffic.

I attend Elevation Church Uptown at Spirit Square every Sunday and I love it! The stained glass really adds to the Church vibe

Acting our Age was great!!

The sound was good. We were in the balcony where there is no insulation. Make sure to bring a heavy jacket.

Fun venue. Liked it a lot. The remodeled Church is beautiful. Good acoustics, too.

Spirit Square actually isnt a florist! Its actually a theater and art gallery (called Knight Gallery) which hosts two shows simultaneously in separate on-site venues there (McGlohon Theatre and Sunny) where Elevation Uptown meets every Sunday at 9:30am and 11:30am.

Its ok. I actually work security here sometimes. Nice place to catch a show or check out some good student or Charlotte Art League work when they have work up in the Knight Gallery.

We came here for the 100 word film festival and it was awesome!!! A little warm when crowded but worth it.
