Great movie theater. Large seats and the heat and reclining with lots of elbow room. Audio sounds very good and large screen. Wouldnt have a problem view no matter were you sit...

People did not sit in the seat that they chose when purchasing the tickets, and the screen was a bit damaged that in some parts of the movie you can see that looks like a little dent on the screen that caught me eye, seats were COMFORTABLE!!

Good imax experience on mission impossible, first Man movie. Regular sitting. Screen size is huge. Voice and picture clarity were so good.

Short staffed. Poorly maintained facilities Long concession lines & overflowing trash bins.

Recliner seats and heated seats! Price wasnt bad either ( for cinema prices). 10$ for movie. Got a combo popcorn and drink (large) for 15$.

This is the best experience that you can have in a movie theatre... The seats arent like the usual red ones in the standard def, they are all black with touch screen panels for adjusting comfort... The sound quality and real world feel from the action makes you the chair vibrate hard and the floor around you... The lighting in the theatre is black and neon turquoise blue... Omg I got 3 seats all on the end and I tell you it was the best way see.... If you havent seen it please do so for my marvel/DC comics LML

A nice, clean theater with comfortable seating. Matinee prices fit our budget for a family outing with our grand kids. We do not like assigned seating, however.

Amazing seats and experience. I sat up front and usually the seats would be too close to be comfortable but the recling plush chairs were great.

Not sure why every floor surface here is sticky. The seats werent very comfortable. They do have plenty of close parking and the only time theyve been sold out that I couldnt get a ticket was for black panther.

This place has not been upgraded or remolded since it was built and you can definitely tell. Seats are mediocre, restroom facilities are sub par. Service was bad. At least the movie was okay.

The IMAX screen is wonderful. It sure is a little expensive but worth every single dollar. IMAX or no movies if you want an immersive experience.

This is part of the AMC Northlake 14 theatres, which is a nice AMC. The seats are comfy, usually the service is at least reasonably quick, and for the most part the folks behind the ticketing counter are decent to deal with

Its a typical theater normally a crowded line getting food that is the only downfall.

Newly redesigned theater is AWESOME!!! All reclining chairs is a huge improvement along with reserved seating!

Not a big fan of AMC Northlake. People talking during the movie, chairs were not very comfortable and overpriced refreshments. AMC Concord Mills is a much better choice.

Great comfy chairs, love the effects with the sound, all in all an experience well worth the extra money.

They will get more stars when they get better seats and their employees at the concession stands do not service the stub members like they should.

The movie was funny. However this cinema is not as upscale as the Concord Mills cinema in Concord, NC.
