Nice calm place.

Nice place to organize stage program with a large group of people. Location is also nice, though a bit off. Parking facilities are also adequate for the capacity. One thing I dont like is the sanitation in the restrooms. That requires immediate attention. Overall a nice place to organize a small program and function.
