Big place with space for big dogs and a separate for small dogs. Small can go in big but big cant go in small. Would be nice if they had toys available to borrow

Great place to walk during week days. Weekends pretty crowded. Big. Complex with wooded trails, a fenced dog park, tennis courts, fishing pond. Please do not litter here! Grounds are typically beautifully kept by people who use it. Do not throw your disposable gloves on the ground or your bagged dog waste. Use the free trash cans. Thankyou!

Lots of fun puppers of all ages at the dog park, and their owners are all super nice. The place isnt mismanaged, either, no mud pits or empty poo bag dispensers.The trails are really nice and serene, and its never too crowded, just a few people along the way fishing, walking, or just reveling. And it has a great wooded disc golf course!The rest of the park is nice looking, though I cant say Ive made use of the rest in recent years.

Nice dog park with a separate small dog park and a 1/2 mile groomed trail around the pond that allows fishing. I think there are more trails, but not sure where they lead.

There needs to be a security of some sort on site because, theres people who dont respect the speed limit and they zoom through the parking lot.

Dog park is easily accessible and has friendly dogs for most part. Very friendly people. Kids love the playground area. Have yet to see elsewhere, but Im sure its beautiful.

Great shaded park. Not fenced. About 25 ft from the road/parking lot. Shaded. Walking path around the pond. Dog park. Tennis courts. Baseball/softball fields. Bathrooms but a bit of a walk for newly-potty trained. Poison ivy seen in August.

A great park! Lots of shade. Actually good play structures for the little kids. Great fields for group games. Seems like there was good parking too. The bathrooms were a little dirty, but overall nice for a public park. Ill go back again!

I really enjoy this park. There are all different kind of fields, playgrounds, little pond to walk around, disc golf, and dog park. Only downside is the smelly porta potty near the softball field. This 100 degree temps make it extra stinky. But thats the only really downside to the park.

Such a nice park. If you want to take a nice walk, see some interesting birds, or tire your dog out...this is the place. So relaxing and kid friendly.

Essentially, theres something for virtually everyone.

I have brought my dogs here to the dog park for years here. Also running through the winding frisbee gold course here and playing ultimate frisbee on the fields. Its a perfect park for any activity or to quietly walk around the lake that has several place to sit and just be in nature and enjoy yourself.

I love that this park has something for every age group. Two play areas side by side with swings in between for babies and toddler and for bigger kids. Also there is dog park, tennis courts, volley ball net. And lots of open grass to play whatever you want. Very nice place!!

Love this park! My daughter has a ball making musical sounds on the drums and other instruments as well as the traditional playground equipment. Theres a dog park and fishing pond as well as plenty of open area to picnic and play.

Park as a whole in fantastic. Disc golf course is brutally technical during the summer.

Was at the dog park the size and layout great could use more winter grass large enough area dogs get a good run no water so you have to bring it with you I understand the well is contaminated Id like to see a line come from hwy a few hundred yards away. All in all a great dog park

Nice park. Has facilities for many different activities: tennis, basketball, baseball, playground. For some reason there are ultimate frisbee goals in the woods...There is also a dog park and a sandy walking trail around a super algae covered pond.

Lovely community park. Baseball, tennis, dog park, large pond, fishing, mile markers for walking, bathrooms, playscapes, covered picnic area. Only 1 dog bag/disposal that I saw. Water fountains near bathrooms. No dog fountain. Not sure about night time lighting.

It is very nice. Great place for the whole fam. You can fish, walk the trail, have a cook out, its people friendly, lots of shade, good place just to get away.

Theres a well-shaded set for toddlers with multiple slides and tubes, a bunch of drums, swings, and finally a large apparatus for bigger kids with lots of climbing and sliding parts.There are athletic spaces for baseball, volleyball, and tennis.Theres a nice, short trail through the woods and around the pond.

Nice little park. Good dog run. Decent 18 hole disc golf course. Beware though, its tight and fully wooded!

Huge Park for the dogs! Really nice walking paths. We love taking our pooch out around here.

Really nice park, but. . .We reserved the gazebo table for my sons 2nd birthday party. A family was using it when we arrived. I politely informed the father that wed paid to reserve it for this time. He refused to listen to me, wouldnt look at my email receipt, then he escalated, and started swearing. Then he told me to call the police to verify my reservation. I finally called them, as he kept insisting. They came and explained to him what Id tried to for ten minutes, while being cursed at. It took the police 15 minutes to convince the man that we had paid to have the spot, and had proof of it. He finally left with their assistance, mumbling about his victimhood as they walked him out. Quite a sad and unnecessary spectacle for his family and ours, as well as all of our guests and their toddlers.I would suggest that the Town of Carrboro post something at the spots they charge to reserve, so no one else has to deal with all this drama

Nice dog park. Was muddy when we were their not sure if always like this, but would bring the right shoes. Didnt see any drinking water for the dogs. Enough room to run around. Went on a Sunday and was a good number of dogs.

My friend and I like walking around the lake. Its a nice park, dog area, baseball fields and nice playgrounds, great place to ride bikes.

Love the tennis courts and volleyball court. the big fountain in the pond with the walk around trail..the dog park stays busy it seems but great park for carrboro residents that need a nearby place for their kids or sports! Lots of parking avalible which is nice too!
