This place is one of the best trampoline parks Ive been to. Tons of different things to do. Dodge ball, zip line, foam pit, obstacle course, basketball, a virtual jumping game, cafe, massage chairs for parents while they wait. A place for parents to sit, charge their phone/computer ect. Even a TV area with chairs and couch to watch the football game so parents dont miss it!! They also have cosmic glow in the dark nights on Fridays! I highly recommend this place for kids and parents!!!

My children enjoyed the place. Was not crowed which helps in social distance. Customer service was good. This place maintains a decent job with hand sanitizer wiping down some of the equipment. However lacking in disinfecting computer area, tables at concession sitting areas and massage chairs. Was there 2 hours and did see any staff wipe at least once. Perhaps a disinfecting routine will get established in the near future. Overall I would recommend this place.

If you need something fun to do that has amazing customer service go to BIG AIR trampoline! Long story short we had my sons birthday party there. We had a few hiccups and the owner Iris came out to help us get everything sorted out. She went above and beyond what she had to do! I could go on and on about the amazing service we received from everyone there! The best part they are family owned and operated! I love supporting small businesses! The inside is crazy big, it looks small but is actually huge with so much to do!This is from one happy mom and a happy happy birthday boy and his friends! We will definitely be back!

Big air is absolutely incredible! Tiana took such wonderful care of us for my daughters birthday, management was on top of everything, the place is clean, all staff is friendly. Oh gosh I could go on and on! Check it out. Big air, well be back, thank you so much!

My daughter really enjoyed her 11th Birthday here today! Appreciated the employees wishing her a Happy Birthday and kept sanitizing the play equipment.

This was a FUN birthday party. The host staff were so helpful and it made the party a breeze! The kids had a BLAST!! This by far has the most tramp stations and the widest variety of statons. Truely a great time for kids from 4-14. However, my one complaint, the front desk was run by young kids and their customer service skills left A LOT to be desired.

This place is awesome. Foam pit, obstacle course, trampoline video games, dodge ball, and a ton more. Our kids love it so we got monthly passes and use them often. The staff are really friendly and the place is really clean.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!! The staff are so friendly and helpful. For teens, their awesome. I brought my son in and he had so much fun. They do awesome cleaning I saw cleaning after each rider on the bull. Everyone was wearing masks. We felt safe and that our heath was put first. Big air is awesome and the care!

AMAZING! I am so impressed with this spot. Bull riding to rock climbing this place trumps any other trampoline park Ive been to. Youll pay a couple dollars more than other places, but kids can be entertained here for hours. Im thinking about having my next birthday here and Im 33!!! This place is worth checking out. I noticed them cleaning all the equipment often, and all employees were masked. Fun spot for the family, highly recommend!

Place is awesome. Went for my sons birthday party and wasnt disappointed. The owners are very nice people . Prices were great, food was good. Best indoor trampoline park so far so much to do.

This place was better than I expected! My kids want to go there so often that I bought a membership. There is free wifi and an area for parents to work while older kiddos play. In my experience, staff has been really kind, but also makes sure that older kids are also using the equipment responsibly and respectfully.

We go to a lot of trampoline parks (I think we’ve been to all in the Phoenix area at least once), and Big Air has some unique activities you won’t find elsewhere! We loved visiting! Even the adults had fun on the climbing walls, zip lines, virtual jumps and dodgeball games. Check out their website for BOGO deals and more. Will be back! Pretty fun place for a family. New building with nice equipment. Its modern with TVs. Has food area and empty locker boxes for free without locks. Friendly staff. Got a deal on groupon.

Such a fun place. There is a variety of things to do. Really love the interactive jumping video game. Have not seen that anywhere!

First time here, organized, rates are in the pocket. Looks compliant with Covid protocols. If you’re from Indiana or Midwest there is an “Aldi’s” right next door!

Lots of neat things to do. Reminded us of American Ninja warrior course. Play area for the littles was small but my 3 year old niece still had fun. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely five stars! My experience was amazing as soon as walking in all the staff had masks on and got my temperature checked. The staff is so welcoming, friendly and polite. So much to do for all ages. My toddler and my two kids had and awesome time. Their fav was the zip line. The employees were on point with sanitizing equipment after every use. Hand sanitizer at all stations. Definitely recommend, I just can’t get over how friendly the staff was with the people and the kids!

I went today to drop off my kids and my god children for a few hours of fun. This place is amazing! I came through the door and was automatically welcomed very kindly by the front desk people, jacob and tyana. This business really struck gold when they found these kiddos! Jacob very kindly went through all our options for different deals and specials (someone needs to get this kid into sales he’s very thorough and knowledgeable ) and tyana checked me out she was very respectful. On the playground Xavier was very nice and helped the kiddos a lot. Pricing wasn’t too bad. Hint if you go in bring your grip socks and they will replace them with theirs. My kids left very tired but can’t wait to come back. Chandler is very lucky to have a place as good as this in our city.

This Place Is THEE PLACE TO BE!!! The Staff is Soo Dang Attentive and Caring....Like Life Guards! Where did they find these Young Adults???? AMAZING FUN! SOO MUCH TO DO! SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST TRAMPOLINES. Yes They Have Pizza and Pitchers of Soda Too. I will be back everyday if I can swing it on my schedule. My Son Absolutely LOVES this place. NO HEAT and plenty of relaxing areas for parents and old folks like me. Massage Chairs.....Glittter! Only problem is YALL DONT KNOW! BRING YOUR KIDS OUT TODAY!!!!!!
