For a mobile home park in a college town its ok. The homes are in pretty good shape and there are lots of lovely trees all over the property. The drive ways/roads are rougher than a cob, but its not like your car is going to bottom out.

The owner is great, and he takes care of this place. He is not rude, he is a nice and honest person. This is a quite place to live. One day my dryer went out and about 3 hours later my AC unit went out. He fixed both units the very next day. A real good place to live at a lower cost.

The owner is rude, the roads have way too many pot holes and another dumpster needs to be at the other end of the trailer park. Other than that it seems like a nice place to live

Cheap rent. Nice trailer. Decent neighbors. Safe. And a landlord that is willing to help anytime he possibly can.

Lets just not get into that it has one star
