Staff is on their game!! It is the easiest living arrangement to manage I have ever experienced! Always quick responses and everything is always fixed properly and very quickly!

Im putting three stars not because theyre a bad company. I never lived there but heard wonderful things about Chucks Rentals. I did talk to someone in the office before and she was very polite, professional, and understanding. The lady answered all my questions to the best of her knowledge. If I had a chance to live there I would give five stars..

Very attentive and responsive staff. For whatever size you are renting the prices are competitive with Carbondale rental prices. Unlike many other rental places, they are not solely student-based. There are two parks, one more young adult based and the other more family based. For whatever your situation may be, they will work with you to find the solution that works for both parties.

The staff in the office is very friendly an helpful. The maintenance men Victor an Omar are the best maintenance men Ive ever dealt with. They are always quick to come out an help. They also make sure the problem is fixed and fixed right. I highly recommend chucks rentals if you are looking for a place.

Chucks Rentals is a great place to live on a lower end budget. Its a nice quiet park, they allow dogs, and even have a dog park. Victor and Omar are awesome maintenance guys, they stay on top of things and are very nice people.

This place has hidden fees and the lady in the office always messes up your rent, but worse of all the people who run this place are smart mouth sarcastic people who will talk down to you and worse to your neighbors and behind your back. Dont rent from here they wont do maitnance. Oh no lets get this straight here and now. Another one of your tenants pulled a gun on my wife and I took it and busted his window out. I admitted it and that I shouldnt have taken it that far and paid my due to society. Problem is you all allowed people into my trailer while I was in Jail and they didnt just damage the trailer...they damaged almost everything I owned. So heack no, I wasnt catching my rent up after having to replace all of my belongings. I also wasnt particularly fond of all the drug activity in your trailer park. So go cry to someone else cause you guys got the wrong one here. Have a wonderful day.

I live here it awesome

We have been here for almost 2 years. We began in a smaller unit then moved into a bigger place. More recently management has improved and Mandy, the new manager, has made a drastic change. Today she even wished my son happy birthday!Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and efficiently, the guys are super nice. Things are clean and quiet and family friendly.

Pet friendly and quiet. Nice country setting close to town. I wish the saluki bus came here. Its a long walk to get anywhere without a car but it can be done. Dont get behind on your rent or you get a five day notice to pay or leave. They will take you to court.

Ive rented at a lot of places throughout college and these guys are by far the best! A+ maintenance staff they are always prompt and friendly, nicest office staff youll ever meet, and lovely affordable homes

My daughter lives in one of there trailer courts. It seems nice. The staff in the office is friendly with her and helpful as well.

Nice places, nice people, but be careful about the price you see in ads compared to what price they say they rent for.
