Normal park with good views of the Charles and the business school. Not taken care after. A lot of ducks around. Some of them are vicious. A little dirty.

Great location for being by the water right after dining or shopping in Harvard Square. At certain times of year, Memorial Drive is closed to cars on weekends making it a perfect place to bike along the river

Big open greenspace. paid for by Harvards commercial partnerships, grants, and only having to pay a tiny amount of tax, because its a nonprofit. ahem. yeah right. still, i enjoy it. whats not to like? beautiful trees, actual benches, great grass, even tables.

Very small park and very plain as well. The fountain did not have any water when I visited. Its not deemed for a person like the great President Kennedy in my opinion but the Charles River is right across and the views are good. I did enjoy the quotes that were present throughout the park though.

This place is very beautiful and peaceful. Its along the river which gives it a calming effect. I love laying beneath the trees and listening to the many birdcalls.

The JFK Memorial Park is near the Harvard campus and makes a great spot for a little seclusion from the hustle and bustle of Harvard and Cambridge.

One of the few parks thats not overly populated. Always clean from what I see and the crowd is good when there is one. Safe for kids. Hope it never changes.

This park has an amazing view of the Charles River and some nice bike/walking paths along its banks. It is a great place to keep active and just explore around. Brig good walking or running shoes, you could easily spend the whole day here.

Pretty park and an easy walk from Harvard Square. Not many people there, especially in the morning. Its worth visiting if your nearby, but I wouldnt consider it a tourist attraction.

Nice and open, but the surrounding busy roads make it anything but quiet. The footpaths are patchy and somewhat undermaintained. Besides the risk of an occasional broken glass bottle, its otherwise pretty safe.

Fairly basic park, nicely located between Harvard Square and the Charles river.Pros:+ Location,+ Green grass,+ Enough trees to provide shade.Cons:- No trash cans by the exits where you most need them (?),- Often a lot of goose droppings in the southern half of the park.- Memorial Drive is very busy and drives a wedge between the Charles and the park. The park could have been spectacular, had it been connected to the river. (For some reason neither Cambridge nor Boston seem to value the great natural resource that the Charles river is, both cities choosing to place main traffic arteries right next to the river, effectively separating the city from the river. Great example of failed city planning. Sigh.)

A great spot to enjoy a bagged or boxed lunch, surrounded by wonderful quotes from one of our best.

This park is falling apart. I would have expected the water feature on the fountain to be running in the middle of summer, but I dont think it works anymore. There is a mixed bag of personalities that spend time in this urban park, YMMV.

Shaded seating in hot weather plenty of lawn area to enjoy the sub.

Decent in warm weather, but snow is not well maintained during winter.
