We loved it so much that we moved in two years ago! Pool is well-maintained. Landscaping and yardwork is done meticulously. Office staff are friendly and helpful. Shuffleboard courts are pristine and plentiful. Brand new pickle ball court. Activity center (Thomas Center) accommodates large audiences with fully functional kitchen, nice stage area, and adequate sound system. Resaca frontage is serene and lovely. There is a billiard room (with cupboards full of puzzles), a library, and a laundry room. The streets a smoothly paved. This place is a dream come true for us!

Palm Resaca Park is great. We own the park which is a real plus. A must see. Mobiles are for sale & rent. Love it
