We spent the winter at this wonderful RV Park and quickly fell in love with the friendly residents. Our park manager Kris was fantastic. We plan to go back every year.

Good little well lit park

This is a lovely well-kept if older park. Wonderful friendly residents and welcoming staff. Great security perfectly convenient location. Would absolutely choose here again.

This was our second RV park to stay at in Brownsville, and although the staff was friendly and had a laundromat and showers, it just wasnt quite as clean as the first one we stayed at.I rated it five stars anyway because the staff was very nice and loaned us a 30 to 50 amp converter plug ( the spot we had only had a 50 amp plug).

My parents live in this trailer park. Nice calm environment.

My parents live here. Its a nice community just wish the older people would drive the speed limit and actually stop at the stop signs.
