Its a trailer park, fairly clean though

Ive lived here over 10 years and have had issues with the managers in the past and Venetia has done nothing but been fair and treated everyone with the same respect and not playing favorites;as the same with Axel(maintenance man).You keep your place clean outside,pay your lot rent,follow the rules which are made for a reason wether we like them or not.The only gripe I have is having to use my outside light to light up the street at night when there should be a street light because its pitch black.I want to let the investors that own Rockypoint the best 2 people that ever worked here are the ones they have now,so PLEASE try to keep them around awhile!

Cute place

They tell you what you want to hear,big bsers to try and get your money then flips on you when they tell you you dont have enough rental history,hum my question is what about the homeless whove been on the streets or in there motorhome and you have a secure income and no probs on credit...would not recommend.....

Very kind community, and Venetia is my absolute favorite property manager ever. She is one of the rare real down to Earth and community minded people.

Nice place to live

The owners are crooks and bullys. Management and or the owners cash peoples money orders and then try to evict them for non-payment. most of these families are low income and cant afford attorneys, so the owners think they can do what they want . Theyre also the owners of illahee mobile park!

The only good thing about this place is it is cheap, you get what you pay for!

Its quiet and people seem to stay to themselves.

It looks way better now then it did Idk maybe a year ago they had to get new owners.

Its an older mobile home park. It appears to b clean. Alot of families live there.

Neighbors can be loud and management is a bit flakey, but they pretty much leave you alone, and its a great location.
