Seems to be fairly quiet, but there are children living here, so expect a little noise.When coming here, do NOT underestimate the speed mountains!! They are huge.I visit a friend here and havent encountered any unfriendly people. (BUT theres always a bad apple or two.)Not high class, its a trailer park folks, but its kept pretty clean w/o ugly yards or dead vehicles all over.

This mobile park looks old and tired. There are a lot of single wide mobiles their. The roads are not well Maintained. I did see some empty mobiles and empty spaces.

NEEDS TO BE CLEAN, FILTHY PLACE

Very hard to find

Right across from the drive in movie theater maybe 5 minutes from 2 diff towns and nestled in a quiet little park

Manager is relaxed and works with the residents in a reasonable manner. Park isnt pretentious and its not trashy either. Neighbors seem friendly but keep to themselves.

Its a mobile home park not sure how it could rate higher than 3 stars

Home sweet Home (Minus the Alabama, LoL)

Looks to be run down, trailers look unkept with very little yard upkeep... Lots of overgrown bushes and weeds .... Looks unsafe for kids as there is no slow signs or watch out kids at play signs for children who live in the trailer court.....

Would be a nice place if all the drug addicts didnt live there.

I just picked a guy up that lives there

Dad lives here. Never answers his door.
