Beautiful place to live

Camelot is a place that seems Frozen in time but is just aged very well. The lots are.roomy and this place.is well.regulated.by management so you wont see dead vehicles and trash all over.it is just a nice little trailer park that is very convenient to getting to shopping,work,and playing around but is very well hidden giving you the feeling you are farther out of the city than you are. Know several people who live there and they love it. Check it out,its worth.a.look

Super convenient location. Quiet community where there is not one mobile home on top of the other. There are only two entrances. Close to the Franklin park and within walking distance of public transit.

I have yet to see a truly thrash front yard. Units seem to be in good repair. If had a chance, Id rent there.

You will find mostly older mobile homes here.

I dont know who is running this place but is going to the dumps since Ive known about this place years ago I had a friend live here and the place does nice and very livable but now its just a dump yard

The management is illegally taxing the tenants for water that is not individually metered! its a community sewer line! cant tax the tenants its illegal!! there is nowhere to park if you visit friends cause the manager will tow you if you park in common parking spots,even though you were told you can park there by the manager!!!management is bullying the tennents cause they dont have alot of money and if they were smart band together and get a lawyer and sue the hell out of the place!! its a Gestapo run park and id advise dont move there!! youll regret it!! but the people are nice and friendly! easy going folk that dont deserve whats being done to them!!and oh yeah the park keeps raising the space rent every 6 months and in a year and a half its gone up from 425$ a month to over 600$!! and oh thats illegal too!!!! theyre raising the rent more than the people who get social security get a month!! theres laws in place to pevent that, but the Gestapo company who owns the park is known for illegal bs like this and have multiple lawsuits against them for it!!youd think they would learn!! you just cant fix stupid!!! i personally think they are.doing this to get people out so they they can rezone it for commercial or residential and sell it off!!!!

Tweekers, drug dealing, prowlers, and homeless ppl at all hrs. If you buy a house in the park and live here, keep your stuff locked up tight, and your vehicles locked up. Ppl that dont live in here constantly walk or ride a p.o.s. bicycle in and out of this place casing specific homes. The only plus is its close to major stores

Visited a long term resident. Seems more of a mobile estate than an t.v. park.

The manager is aggressive and not equipped to deal with the responsibilities of a residential park. During inclement weather, the park roads were impassable leaving the residents snowed in for almost two weeks, some without power. Is routine maintenance not important? Thinking of the safety of the residents should be a top priority.

Sucky deal.. You buy the trailor, but you have to rent the space. Any thing goes wrong with the trailor.. you pay for it.

Nice, quiet, place. People arent in your bussiness.

A lot of good people there. But how its ran is a very questionable.

The residents there seem to be nice people the Common Grounds do not appear to be very well kept

Its not a restaurant! ! Lol its a living environment! ! Its quiet and secluded!!

Other than the people that dont follow the park rules about the speed limit in the park & the concern for people that could be injured by those not abiding by the rules & the fact that we no longer have an on-site manager to maintain the park this is a nice family park, close to school & walking distance to the store.

Was a wonderful visit visiting family

Need to move out of this place. Been here 10 years and its just getting worse. People have no respect for other people.

Called to complain about multiple tenants that dont take care of thier dogs and leave them out to bark, whine and cry at all hours of the day and night and the manager or whom ever answers thier phone was less than concerned and had no management communication skills what so ever.
