This area can be busy, but is conveniently close to Fanuiel Hall Market and the Aquarium. Very good spot for watching boats on the horbor. This park is one of several spots you can call for a water taxi, which is a quick and exciting way to get to East Boston or the Seaport

Christopher Columbus Park is absolutely beautiful. It is great for all ages. There is room for biking on the waterfront and for walking the dogs. The winter lights are really spectacular.Theres a playground for kids too. Also, people use the park for wedding photos! There are close restaurants as well.

Beautiful park in the middle of buildings right next to one of the most happening places in Boston. If you visit Quincy market, don’t forget to visit this little park. It’s clean, neat and well maintained. You can get foods from nearby places and eat sitting on the benches facing the waterfront. I did just that and loved the experience.

If youre coming to Boston this is the place to be! Its near the aquarium, and there are lots of different tourist kiosks set up so that you can book trolleys or even duck boat rides. The cobblestone and old fashioned buildings are fun enough by themselves to look at. There are also lots of fabulous restaurants in the area! One thing to note is that parking here is insanely expensive like $40 for the day... Just letting you know as a heads up!

Lively park, with lots of green space to relax on a blanket, listen to some musicians, watch the boats on the water, or have the kids enjoy themselves on the playground. The public restrooms are hard to find, the restaurant allows you to use theirs.Pretty walkway to take pictures for a family event, and enough space to have a little birthday party with lawn games.

Along the Waterfront is a city park known as the Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park. Interesting things to see here include a statue figure of Christopher Columbus situated amidst two trellis covered walkways. There is also plenty of open green space and good view of the harbour. You can conveniently visit the Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park if staying in the Waterfront area hotels or if visiting the Faneuil Hall Markets nearby, where you can pick-up a lunch and bring it here to enjoy outside.Crowds were not much of an issue when we visited here during the mid-autumn period but I can image this park would be quite busy during the summer. In the end, during the autumn period, at least, I wouldnt make this a priority stop but simply enjoy the park if you are in the area and seeking green space instead. For better park experiences, make your way to Boston Common and the Boston Public Garden instead.

This really is a nice Park with scenic views in most directions you look.Christopher Columbus statue taken away from the Park.*** A bit of history, In 1974, Sasaki Associates was selected to design this new waterfront Park and to be completed for the 1976 bicentennial tall ship event that year. That is it for the history..* Maybe put up a antique fishing vessel and call it fisherman‘s wharf.Need to figure something out for when the tourist come back for a attraction.

What a beautiful place to stroll with your mother on a Sunday afternoon. Imagine a picturesque day with blue skies, sun, and a light breeze. You walk hand in hand, the other grasping a Starbucks latte. What more could you want in life! Your belly is full from an incredible brunch at a local restaurant. You walk briskly and enjoy the day until your mother informs you that she is divorcing your father. You are devastated. You take a sip from your latte, and you contemplate your life. What is next?

Boarded a terrific guide boat citing historical areas of Boston and Boston Harbor..... A great way to spend 90 minutes on a hot day and get a fast breeze from the relaxing boat (nice to get out of the city hub bub & busy tourists).... Also, I learned there are 34 islands outside of Boston Harbor - really interesting! Patrick was a great safe Captain and Elizabeth our informative tour guide..... I would highly recommend this....
