How special is it to stumble upon a carousel while walking through the park. This is one of the surprises we had while visiting Boston Commoms. It looked so majestic, like going back in time to a community fair. Everyone was having so much fun - lots of laughter and squeals of joy from the kids could be heard. A definite place to stop when in Boston.Would appreciate a thumbs up if this was helpful to you :)

The carousel is a eater, but its Central to a bunch of great Boston stuff. Try to sneak by the carousel and hang at the (free) playground or go skating as long as you want to, for a similar price!Unless, that is, you just love carousel...
A fun carousel in Boston Common. There are traditional horses mixed with other fun animals like a cat, zebra, and rooster. The best one is the sea dragon horse though.
Didnt have carriage for sitting with infant.
The people who work at the carousel are extremely rude and they try to charge adults for riding when standing next to their toddler even though that is not the policy. They lie about thr cost of the ticket and never give receipts.
