Other than a few sound issues the venue was having the theatre was a pleasant experience. The acoustics make this a great sounding venue. Definitely older but still pretty well kept.

A wonderful place for the young and young at heart to experience live professional theatre.

Smaller theater that is great for younger kids with a carpet seating setup close to the stage. We saw Rumplestiltskin and the cast was well prepared for interruptions and has techniques to keep the kids interested and involved. 7 year old loved it, 11 year old was indifferent though we saw plenty of 2 and 3 year olds that remained captivated throughout. The play was about 45 minutes long, so it was short enough to avoid needing snacks or toys to distract.

Went with my daughter and her class to see Bunnicula. I was surprised at how much I really liked it. My daughter laughed and laughed. I think that the actors are super talented and I hope they are recognized for that!

Took the 5 year old to Rapunzel and the Rabbit. She liked it, and it was very well performed. Definitely something we will do again.

Went to see La Sylphide. It was a wonderful performance. Me and my daughter loved it. Cant wait to go back again.

BCT is fantastic, always. The kids loved Bunnicula. We are looking forward to The Sword in the Stone!

Awesome, educational performance today. Our school district went to watch The Watsons go to Birmingham. Amazing staff, crew and facility. No pictures and video were allowed during performance but, they never said anything about afterwards

This was my first visit here. My daughter had a class field trip and they really enjoyed themselves. My baby still sing some of the songs that were played during the play. The stage is small enough for the kids to enjoy the up close and personal experience. The cast members were full of happiness and joy which allowed the kids loved it even more. I would definitely recommend this play to bring their children for small plays; especially field trips.

Saw City Mouse and Country Mouse this morning at Wee Folks Theatre. So clever how they stage their programs, and the acting was right on for little kids. Birmingham has great theatre!

My kids enjoyed this and I did as well. We go every year.

I took my 3 year old son to a play here - an adaptation of a childrens book - and he really enjoyed it. I believe there are different stages in use here, but the one we went to was small and intimate. There were some seats provided, but most of the seating was on large carpeted steps, which was appropriate for the age group. Keeping a child that age seated can be a challenge. They offered snacks and water for sale (just $1 for everything) and the cast put on a great little production. I will definitely come back.

Theatre productions are really good. Saw the Watsons go to Birmingham and that is a great show.

The show we saw was Peter Pan and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all attending. I must say, it was one of the best shows Ive seen there other than, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. I want them to bring that one back!

Tiny tykes theater is the absolute best. Its so perfect for little kids and you can tell the staff care about this program a great deal.

BCT is a wonderful hidden gem of the city.

Fun place for field trips and families.

Went with children on a field trip, I felt we were basically herded in quickly and out very quickly. We saw the 3 little kittens and it was ok.
