Its supposed to be safe, but they allow smoking so most people dont even have masks on and the ventilation didnt seem very good. Ive been to other places where they take your temperature before entering, there is no smoking inside the building, they are wiping down the machines constantly and the ventilation is must better. I have been here many times before and just figured that they would have taken better precautions with covid.
First and foremost within our arrival we were stuck and stranded inside an elevator for 45 minutes between two floors. Once they finally opened the doors they asked us to climb out of the elevator. The wall between the floors was almost 6 feet tall and I have a serious spinal condition. When we asked to see the elevator certificate we were denied access to it. The security supervisor was not wearing a mask along with other employees. They upgraded us to the penthouse suite and within a hour or two being in the room I was bit by a bed bug had a serious allergic reaction emt was there and it was issue after issue due to not feeling safe or comfortable inside there rooms not only was money wasted but injuries had been aggravated beyond belief. I was able to capture photos of several employees not wearing masks, videos on no one getting questioned about symptoms or temperatures, bed bug bites, the reaction, elevator. The room also they moved us too was right below the room with bed bugs. We had to get our clothes cleaned and washed with nothing, due to this. My injuries seemed to get aggravated and it was one thing after another. My husband also was in a situation where he stuck to up for me as I was being harassed the guy was escorted out and they allowed him back in. The staff was rude, uneducated and also had falsified a document. Also when dropped off my luggage from being cleaned medicine pills were missing from my bottle. Which I have documented and have a chart of days I take it and what not.
Nasty and dirty. Paint chipping off walls, windows so dirty you can barely see out of them. Asked for a better room, however, manager would not accommodate because I had a dog. Then I paid extra for a gulf view, but then limited me to the pet floor with no view. So $20 extra for the gulf view, $50 for having a dog, then $100 extra for pet deposit. Refused to refund my money for gulf view, and refused to move me to a better room. Stay at Motel 6, I promise the rooms are cleaner and staff more friendly. Oh, and wont let you check in until 4pm and check out is 11am. Go far from this ghetto place. Rooms look NOTHING like the web pictures.
Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views! The staff have all been friendly and helpful! Our corner room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable with beautiful views from both windows. The pool is warm and relaxing and the beach is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Were currently on a 2 week multi-state Harrahs Casino Crawl and this one is my favorite so far!
The window view was quite poor! I saw nothing besides a roof. Also, the sheets and towels was all white with Brown and orange stains every where! This was a very uncomfortable unsanitary experience and i will not be visiting the hotel nor the city of Biloxi again. That was my first and last visit. Hotel is too nice to be so poor maintained.

Nice and clean! Even the hallways were tidy! The bed is comfy and the pillows are feathered! Parking is free unless you use valet! Would have 5 stars if I would’ve had a coffee pot in room but Starbucks isn’t far from the elevator! Very pet friendly! Will definitely be staying again!! Housekeeping not very friendly that’s my only thing.. had them bring towels to the room and i felt like it was an inconvenience

Comfort, GREAT food, convenient location. Service, and staff should get 10 stars. The friendliest staff and employees in every area, made you feel at home. By the end of the 1st day, everyone remembered my name. What a welcome feeling it was! The gambling area was spotless, and cleaning continuous. One small complaint was the waitresses on the gambling floor. You had to flag them down and then wait maybe half an hour for your beverage, yet even with tipping well, nothing changed. I would stay there again, but probably gamble elsewhere.
I took a Charter trip from RDU to Biloxi and nothing was good about this trip with the exception of the good people that I traveled with on the flight. First, my luggage was misplaced, they are supposed to deliver your luggage to your room. Well, I got to my room which the door was open with the latch. A little scary and of course my luggage was not there. Then after they found my luggage I went down to play in the smokey world of this small facility. After getting 5 coins on a max bet on the buffalo and only winning a few dollars I called it quits as I was over the smoke. Got to my room to take a shower and guess what no hot water. UGH! After using the restroom toilet ran for about 3 hours.Morning time on Saturday they are cleaning the carpets at 8:30. So not much sleeping in. And please note only 3 places to eat. And 1 doesnt open until 5:00 PM. Worst TRIP EVERI will say that I had great service at Mix and Mingle. Greg went out of his way to make me a Mijito. Pat, Kiwi and Marga were all funny and I enjoyed their service.

This has been an annual vacation for us for many years. There is so much to do in the area. Harrahs Gulf Coast offers very nice rooms with beds that makes you want to just turn over and sleep late in the mornings. The pool is very large, heated and kept up good and clean. Lots of fun to be had and bar service available. Good food with both casual and fine dining. The casino offers smoking and non smoking play. Slots and table. Plan a trip today and you will not be disappointed.
Excellent service and proper social distancing. The casino is fun, but it could pay out more (couldnt they all?) Close to the beach, nice large pool, free parking in an attached garage. The rooms are clean and modern, and free if you have Harrahs points. Overall an excellent experience, I will definitely visit again.
NICE! I was comfortable in the room and slept like a baby. They also have smoking rooms for people who are into that as well. Me, I smoke cigars and they had no problem with that. Theres also lots of other casinos that are walking distance from here but this one was the nicest on by far. All of the staff here was friendly and very polite to us and we had no problems. We also ate here even though Im not sure if they are letting people do that because of the Covid.
The casino remodel looks great. Hope they are doing the same with the entire hotel which has needed a refresh for a long time. As a Diamond Plus member, I would love to have a nice Harrahs resort to stay at here.
Rooms are kind of dated and need of updating. No coffee maker in room which is a bummer in AM. Had one of the best N.Y. strip steak I have ever had at the Magnolia House Restaurant. And service terrific.Highly recommend Magnolia House.

The room was nice and clean. Id rate the room at a 4. The amenities were horrid for a gulf coast casino.I remember going here years ago mostly just to hang out at the pool but last night was the first time I didnt in the casino. Ive seen cruise ships with more gaming options. Unless they were hiding the rest of the casino, there literally two small areas a sports betting bar and a Steak and Shake.Dining options were also limited and the blind tiger, where we decided to eat, had a 45 minute wait. I will say the blue margaritas were amazing there.We had a good time but this is probably the worst casino Ive been to.. we called it an early night because, quite simply, there wasnt anything to do.
Overall a nice stay just a few little things. Our sink didnt drain properly and the hotel halls were like walking through the refrigerator section of a grocery store. They also removed the coffee pots from the rooms and you couldnt get coffee delivered until after 7:30, not great for early risers.
I am so confused at the high rating of this establishment...I have been here a total of 5 hours and have already had 4 completely separate issues in completely different areas of this hotel/casino. My luggage is missing. My room is dirty. I had rewards taken off my card at the gift shop that I did not authorize. And the front desk has been absolutely rude. I do not know how this place has the ratings that it does...

The dining options are limited, the internet is dreadfully slow, the resort fee for what? I would never stay here again. The rooms are plain. I did book the cheapest room but its day and night difference from the BR .. the view was of a scrap yard? The staff are very friendly and is probably the only thing keeping this place open.
I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Good food, fair gambling unlike the rest of the casinos who rob you 100%, nice rooms, nice pool, nice dealers, nice bellmen, steak and shake is delicious, and overall this is a 5 star place to get away.
I feel mixed reviews about this hotel/casino. My first trip was nice. Received a good sized room with a view of the ocean and everything was clean and in working order. However, my last stay was no where near as pleasant. Our check in was okay. The worker who checked us in was a bit rude when I asked questions. Our room this time was very small. No view even though I requested and paid for a room with a view. Some of the items in our room did not work. When I asked the front desk about moving she stated that we could not. The bed was comfortable though.The casino has both smoking and non smoking areas. However, the non smoking area is as you first walk in. If you need to go to the players club area or the cashier you have to go up to the smoking floor. If you want to eat at on of the restaurants you have to go to the smoking floor as well.

I really enjoy visiting Harrahs Gulf Coast. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help. Didnt personally have any luck at all but saw many people winning. Great place to come out watch college or pro football and place some bets.
Harrahs Casino is a pretty good place. The drink service is better than average. It is always clean and the staff are always friendly.

Stayed in this hotel with my family and it was terrible. You couldnt get the stench of cigarettes out of your nostrils not only in Lobby but everywhere. The first thing I did was ask for extra towels upon checking and they never came. Not only that but at 10p I was awaken by housekeeping speaking to other guest right outside or near our door. Also, the drain in the tub would not drain fast enough. It just pooled water there after each shower. Not great, not good for kids. Will not be returning.

Its absolutely awesome very friendly staff, super clean, plenty of amenities(restaurants,Starbucks,casino, entertainment,spa etc), pool area is very comfy and pretty with a bar and hot tub and view of the beach, rooms are so clean-chic and comfortable with heavenly beds/pillows I will definitely come back for another stay and would recommend anyone to stay here its beautiful and meets all my needs/wants!! So far LOVE EVERYTHING about this place!

This is the cleanest and most hospitable resort/ casino Ive visited. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Its a nice place to get away from home too.

Staff is Absolutely horrible. Jerry. The security guard likes to yell threaten and Scream at the guest who are staying in the hotel. Not only did he yell at 1 guest he also proceeded to scream aggressively at 3 other guests. THEN after getting the supervisor involved the supervisor also proceeded to scream at the guest. I just can’t wrap my head around an establishment that allows that kind of behavior to their guest paying a great deal of money to enjoy their stay at the golden nugget hotel. The issue needs to be resolved and will be emailing the main office about this.
No perks tight slots my advice is go to Island View . THEY HAVE WAY BETTER PERKS AND ALOT MORE SLOTS.
They were not offering maid service due to pandemic, which it understandable, but would it have killed them to let me take a pool towel back to the room to use? Yes, I am going to spend $600 plus for a stay and steal a towel, really? They treated me like I was going to take the ragged thing home. I was woken up at 6am by commotion and very loud talking outside my room I open the door to find maintenance and security telling me about a leak I dont care about, I just wanted them to have some consideration and speak softly and stop banging on doors.
Great location, beautiful views. Although the casino is not very large, it is definitely a good place to visit! Close to the beach, and other attraction within walking distance. The rooms have been updated and they are nice, clean comfortable.

The hotel room smelled horrible. It was close to like a mildew smell. No point in having an ac since the temp in the room was still 88. It obviously did not work and I asked to be moved. I paid for a King deluxe online but when I got front desk they said I could only get two queens. So not only did I had to adjust to my accommodations but they give me a hot room. If I knew I was going to be sweating in my sleep I could’ve slept in my car and saved my money. The casino was decent but don’t waste your hard earned money on the hotel. I won’t be back.

Required masks except for pool area. Room was clean and adjustments were made for requesting items such as towels. Pool area was nice but gets filled quickly. Children allowed until 8pm then adults only until 10pm. Casino has minimal drink service staff so it takes a long time to get any service.

The customer service is nonexistent. The only friendly person in the entire place was a waitress in The Mix and Mingle. Front desk people are terrible. I realize this is a resort area and a tourist attraction. so I would think being nice would be a job requirement. I will never stay at a Harrahs or Harrahs property again. They did not earn my money.
Harrahs is a gouging discompassionate establishment.They dont deserve your business, so dont patronize this hotel! I am a senior citizen and was forced to flee southeastern AL because of Hurricane Sally. There was no power and livingconditions were uninhabitable, so I traveled to Biloxi. Stayed Thursday night at Harrahs for a reasonable rate, but the next night they wanted to charge me over $300! Their excuse was they were heavily booked but a security person whom I met in elevator stated that was a lie.

Nice place just a bit down the street from main area so it tends to be a bit quieter. Book The room through priceline.com and the only problem I had was a $17 resort fee charged my card for incidentals. No mention was this resort fee told me by Priceline or the casino when I checked in.
The nonsmoking rooms, smelled like smoke. The toilet ran all night.

I was told this was a Jeep friendly hotel, was told yes. IT IS NOT!!!! I asked if I could store my doors in my room and was told yes. I asked at the front desk as well and the very lovely friendly attendant said of course, people do it all the time. Wellllllllll when I went to get a luggage cart from Bellhop he said absolutely not. I cannot use the cart and i cannot store in my room.I absolutely would not have stayed this far out the way if I could not do this!!!Great hotel, wonderful front desk attendant but beyond that horrible! I wont stay here again!!!! And i will not recommend to anyone!!!

The rooms are great. The front desk service was good. There were drink glasses and a beer can floating in the pool. There were no pool towels available when we arrived at the pool. I checked back 40 minutes later and the attendant still had not made an attempt to get towels.
The rooms are very nice. This is our second time here we always bring the kids the pool is perfect for littles. The staff here is normally always super accommodating. This time around things have changed. We have to order the cabana for the pool online and its a pain. We requested an upgrade for the suite and the were all full the first night but asked us nothing about the next 4 nights that we will be here. If you want to enjoy sand on your toes head further down the road this casino is not on beach side. The views from either side are nice however. The casino is small which is fine for me but if your looking for me again head on down the strip. For us this place is a good stay will we stay 5 days again maybe not.
Check in was a easy process....we were greeted with smiles and Happy Birthday wishes....upon entering the room it was sealed with tape from housekeeping...non smoking 9th floor room...clean and smells fresh....soft bed!

I enjoyed the Mix & Mingle. The rooms were clean, maid staff was very friendly, as were the valet staff. I dont have any complaints. It is a smaller casino/hotel than the neighboring ones, but I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere to relax for a few days.
Waited over 4 hours for a room to be ready. Did not get notified as we were told, we had to call and ask if it was ready yet. Air conditioner leaked water and soaked the carpet - including my suitcase and clothes. Asked if we wanted to move rooms and then was told they had nothing available. We were told when we returned for the evening to stop at the front desk and get keys to a new room. Came back early just to pack up and move, only to be told they did not know anything about it and to come back in the morning. Musty smell for 2 days not to mention wet clothes. Reserved a cabana by pool and had to cancel. 2 days prior to this - discussed with Joe at the pool several times. He was going to have a manager come and cancel the reservation. He did not and now I am being charged for it. Overall not a very good experience at this location.
