I was not allowed to jump with my 3 year old in the basketball section. I can understand not allowing 3 people but a parent should be able to accompany their child.Another issue, you have to wear their grip socks. Any acceptable grip socks should be allowed as long as it meets standards. No mask were required inside. Mask should definitely be worn to jump into the foam blocks. I can only imagine how much saliva and mucus must be on those blocks. No temperature checks were done.

I was there as a guest for a birthday party a few days ago, and I was appalled that most of the guests in the jumping area were not wearing masks ! This included adults, older teenagers, and young children! There was no social distancing between kids and it is a perfect location for a super spreader event! I work in health care, and I dont know how this is allowed in sky zone that they are not enforcing masks with this surge in cases at this time. Our health secretary just imposed stringent guidelines( on 11/18/202) that EVERY business must have mask requirements especially with the indoor transmission rates. I did not see anyone enforcing the mask requirement, hopefully they are enforcing it now with the new strict guidelines It is not the same in other trampoline parks that I have been to, the majority of the guests HAVE to have to wear masks that is the rule. No questions asked. Im actually surprised they havent been in trouble yet.

We celebrated our son’s 9th birthday here today. Our party host was Rebekkah and she was amazing we enjoyed her so much!We had a great time. We had a total of 17 jumpers (all ranging from age 1 year up to 16 years old) and of course all the parents/adults so it was around 30 guests in total and we got 7 pizzas and it all worked out perfectly. The kids had a great time. I would definitely recommended this place and I will definitely return for another birthday event.Again, Rebekkah was fantastic (ask for her LOL).*Side note; we were nervous because of covid, they seemed to take extra precautions and followed CDC guidelines. Everyone had a temp check upon arrival (even the babies) and they had hand sanitizer stations set up everywhere. Everyone was required to wear a face mask unless jumping. And as everyone entered the party room Rebekkah walked around with hand sanitizer and made sure that they all sanitized their hands.

As much as the kids love this place, I cant see myself taking them back any time soon. I feel that it was too crowded. I didnt see enough adherence to COVID restrictions. No temp checks and just way too many people. They are also profiting off of overpriced water bottles that have to be purchased because the water fountains are unavailable. They sold a 25-cent bottle of water for $2.50. If anything, they should offer all guests a complimentary bottle of water considering that the children have no other way to hydrate.

I’ve been taking my kid here for a few months now and got a membership my kid had an incident with another child and my child told me they started it was 3 against 1 and the owner cancel my membership and banned me to never return I’m guessing because the 3 kids pay more more money to him. I think the kids should of been banned as well I will never return there again .I was a really good customer but he choose the 3 kids. Kids fight all the time a warning should been fair. But I will not return again there is better places in Bethlehem that is not the only place.

My son was visiting his cousin so they took ua to Skyzone last weekend. I was SHOCKED that no employee was enforcing the mask wearing policy even though Gov Wolfe has made it manditory to wear masks indoors!! My son appeared to be one of only three kids wearing masks. He is in daycare all day and masks are required inside AND out for kids in daycare. But certainly at Skyzone, which is indoors and a high risk environment, masks are manditory!! Gov Wolfes orders say that.

Very disappointed in the way the special events are done. My granddaughters were so excited to go to the baby shark event in Bethlehem this morning. We got there at 840 and was told the event was sold out. They should put that you need to buy tickets online. It was never posted that only so many people would be allowed. The lady was very rude and said next time you should buy online. There wont be a next time!! I had very disappointed children!! Many of us that were turned away ended up at freefall trampoline park which had excellent staff and the kids had a blast!! We will be going to this park from now on!

Good clean fun. Everything is run well and there are plenty of workers to help monitor behavior. Sometimes at other places, a large concern is the big kids playing too rough near the little kids. Not here. The big kids can play in their own area, and have a great time, and the little kids can do the same in their own safe place! Lots of fun and I love the ninja warrior obstacle courses!

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. they have too many rules and you feel like your being watched and yelled at the entire time. it’s not enjoyable and i strongly recommend free fall. it’s bigger and has more space, also your not being watched every second and you don’t have to follow ridiculous rules. it’s absolutely unreal. you can’t do anything and you aren’t even allowed to jump with your family. they separate you by age and you can’t go on the other side.

So unorganized and employees can’t keep the rules straight. one lady told me i can jump with my toddler then the next told me that’s not allowed. the rules are ridiculous and i will not return. you can’t enjoy yourself without being told not to do something every minute, and there’s not a lot of space like free fall. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone who wants to have a good experience! FREE FALL ALL THE WAY!

If you plan on coming multiple times, look into a multu-jump pass and save some money!!!My birthday party planning was easy and stress free. Everything was explained in detail and the staff helped me decide the proper package, and I realized I had to upgrade, the staff were gracious and let me know the extra cost as well as recommendations for more pizza or not. When you show up, the host takes care of EVERYTHING!!!! I spoke to a manager today regarding a birthday party who was a little rude. I explained that my children have annual passes that I paid $300 in total for and one of them wants to have a birthday party here. Since I have an annual pass for them it makes sense that they not be included in the headcount. If I pay for a 15 kid party and pay for 15 friends to jump. I would totally pay for an extra pizza for my three and pay for a pitcher of soda. I was told they can’t be in the party room because the soda is unlimited for the ones included in the 15 and because of needing a head count for capacity reasons hint it would be 18 kids because 15+3 =18. I would have to pay for the 15 friends and pay an additional $66 which is $22 per child for my kids who already have a annual pass. She also told me I shouldn’t have asked the staff and I should have spoken directly to a party planner who at the time they couldn’t reach via radio and was not there the two snow days that I came with the kids. She also told me they are so busy with parties that it’s the busiest time of the year. The rest of the staff is always friendly and the last two parties I had here were great. It was a male manager who helped me plan those. As of now it makes sense to pay for the 15 friends and just order a pizza and soda for my three and let my kids jump for free. The kids won’t care that they aren’t in the party room and when all the parents ask me why the birthday boy isn’t in his own party room I will Be happy to explain!

It’s close to my house, so we go. If Free Fall was closer I would go there...less rules. Skyzone is small and every time we go there, they’re way too many people. They should think about restricting the number of people jumping at a certain time. (Not going to happen... $) Also, during the summer, when they have camps, it should be posted on their web page. Who wants to bring their kids there when there are 100+ kids for camps! Waste of $!

Wow. Such a great place. My kids absolutely loved this place. My fiancee and I got a Groupon coupon to go here. We surprised the kids with a nice trip here. They actually had no idea what this place even was (I also didnt know until I read up on it). You have to buy special gripper socks to go here. Although it seemed to be packed, my kids still had a lot of time jumping on everything. At first my 7 year old was kind of iffy, but as soon as he got some jumps in he loved it. The only problem I had was that I got tickets for 90 minutes. An hour was without a doubt enough. By the time the kids got done they were covered head to toe with sweat. When children are hurt, staff take it seriously, giving them an ice pack for the pain.
