Great place to take the kids. If under 48 options are limited. If over 48 lots to do for kids. Great part is parents can do most of stuff with kids!Been here a couple times for parties. Its nice for that too.Clean and very professional staff.

The entire family had a good time jumping and there is a fairly good variety of things to do. The only reason I gave 4, instead of 5, stars was that not everything there to jump on was included in the price of admission. Also, the free jump started at 1pm and not Noon like their web site stated so we had to wait to enter.

. Freefall is a great place to bring family and friends to have fun jumping in their huge trampoline park with many activities such as dodge ball, basketball, and many other exciting things to do. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We just had my sons birthday party there and we all had a great time together.

Awesome place to take the kids or have a party! Places clean organized and extremely fun for the young and the old! Employees are wonderful extremely helpful and alert. They are there to guide everybody safely to ensure a good time for all! We will definitely return!

A great place to get your bounces, jumps, hops, and all other energy out. Certain morning hours are dedicated to children getting the full run of the space. Outside of those hours there is still a specific area for kids but it is not the entirety of the venue.There is so much to do and yes, it is fun for the adults as well. Just be safe.Also the party package is a very good deal. For the price you get an hour of bounce, an hour of patry in your room, and they have an assistant to help with setup and cleanup. Plus it seems plates and utensils are complementary.Its worth it.

I was a bit concerned when we walked in and saw the crowd but the way the times work there is on point. The man at the front desk was helpful and very kind. The kids had a great time bouncing around and ha going out together. Will definitely return again.

Wouldnt go back to the place. Went three times and Every time we go there are a new set of rules. The staff makes you feel very uncomfortable.. will continue to stare at you and watch every single thing you do. Definitely not a child friendly place.

Such an awesome place and a great price. Lots of different themed areas to jump around in. Weve been to other places like urban air, fly zone, Bounce - which are all great - but this one was the best.Only thing they were missing is food options instead of just vending machines.Keep an eye on little kids as there are a lot of bigger kids playing in the same areas.

So much to do! Went to a kids birthday party there yesterday, and they had a ball! The trampolines are really fun, safe, and well supervised. Lots of other activities as well. The kids didnt want to leave. Some adults joined in too!

Fantastic Trampoline park! We had an absolute blast here. The park is well kept, the employees are very friendly and helpful. We would absolutely go back again.

Took my grandson and he had a great time. The staff were young but attentive and friendly. The facilities were clean and comfortable with plenty of vending machines if you want a drink or snack. I think the pricing was good, $14.02 for the hour and we elected to get the socks for $3. After we got inside and he saw the article extremes and the other one that sounds around we spent the extra $4 so he could go on them. The bigger kids there were friendly and were really nice to my grandson. We will definitely be going back!

Great place close to our kids grandparents. Everyone had fun, nice sectioned off areas for the younger kids. We will be back when we visit next time.

Nice place for kids Birthday party. Toddlers & Tikes have areas play as well. Dodge ball, Basketball Dunk, & battle beams are greatway to challenge family& friends. Tree top rope walk, Extreme Air Catapult swing & American Ninja style limbo avoidance challenge are at extra cost but very fun. Facility appeared very well kept & clean.

Celebrated my twins birthday party here and I am very pleased with everything. The kids had a blast and the staff is amazing. Totally recommend it.

Fun and safe place for the kiddos!!

They should allow customers to get a partial refund if they only use 1 hour of 3 hours. If half the place is closed because its being rented they shouldnt charge full price. Nice place for the kids but their policies stink. On some areas like the spinning thing kids arent allowed to jump over or under which I find pretty lame. Its okay overall but I recommend paying for 1 hr or theyll just keep the rest of your money.

As children bounce on plastic padded surfaces, parents vibrate on plush, authentic imitation leather massage chairs. Brilliant marketing or dystopian future?Staff is accommodating and very helpful. Especially when tethering kids in harnesses for the rope course. Its a nice addition, breaking up the routine of only bounce-able surfaces.

My 7 year old was there with her 7 year old friend. My daughter was separated from jumping with her friend because of their height.The difference was about 2”. Only place they could jump together was a boring dodge ball court and basket ball. There were teenagers all over the basket ball area so the 7 year old girls were afraid to go.They have NO provisions that allow friends of the same age with minor height differences or siblings to jump together. Either they’re kiddie or not. No height window that would allow children that just make the height cut off to use both areas to stay with siblings or friends.My daughter looked at me with tears in her eyes and asked if we could just go home.

My husband and I have started taking our 3yo here every other week or so. we go Tuesday mornings during a special toddler time so we dont have to worry about bigger kids or getting in their way. he has a blast and asks every day to go to the trampoline house. weve decided to have his birthday there and we cant wait!

Went with my boyfriend and everything was fine until someone who worked there came up to me and him after we shared a kiss and hugged and ask if we didn’t show PFA. We just said okay and went on with our jumping. We didn’t feel like sharing a peck or a hug was inappropriate. Other than that it was pretty good.

Kids had a blast at a friends party. We will definitely go back.

I will say this, i was very well staffed, it is very clean and for the most part safe!!! My incident occurred when my son went to wash his hands after eating some snacks. He was bullied by 3 young boys who had no parental supervision, as I was told because they had waivers they did not need a parent there. Then when I went to Management to rectify the issue, they could not talk to the young boys because there were no parents. For my son being bullied and not being able to directly rectify the issue, I was given a 1 hour jump pass so my son could be bullied again!!! Freefall, never again, I take my kids where they are safe!!!!

It’s great early in the mornings for the toddlers and infants who can walk. During morning hours, you can take your little ones 46” & under all over without feeling overwhelmed with bigger kids being in their way. I can’t speak for other activities for adults, parties and kids, but it all still seems exciting and fun.

We went for a jump with our church group. We arrived about five minutes after most of the other people in the group. We asked the cashier if we could also get the group discount as we were with the Church group that had just started jumping. The cashier asked a manager if she could give us the group discount and he said no because we didnt all go in together....really? We came from a different town/direction than the rest of the church group. Customer service is obviously not their top priority.

Free fall is a great experience for children of all ages. Its super fun and theirs trampoline basketball hoops so u can straight up ball on other people.

Great place and they allowed my daughters emotional support dog. They were kind and considerate and I will always return when im in the area. We actually drove from Scranton to go there and were not disappointed.

Separate area for children 46 and under. Large and spacious. Lots of room to move around. Play house for age 12 and under. Price great! Lots of areas for caregivers to sit. Attendants very observant and helpful.

FreeFall is the perfect place to host a birthday party. Not only did the trampolines and other attractions keep a bunch of rowdy 7 and 8 year olds entertained, the FreeFall party attendants made everything from initial check in to the birthday room so easy. Highly recommend FreeFall!

Our kids are 3 and 5 and we only come during toddler time. It’s never crowded and is a great deal. Each paying child comes with a free adult. We love coming in rainy or snowy days! Great way to burn that extra energy and get out of the house. I’m not a fan of the arcade games- my son tends to gravitate towards them. Other than that we love this place!

Website says exclusive jump for special needs and family, there were obviously many people taking advantage of the $1 discount to bring their children. The environment was not set up for special needs as it has been in the past. It was too loud. Whem asking an employee aboit the exclusive jump, they said its not exclusive. The website clea3syates the 1st and 3rd Tuesday are exclusive for special needs and family from 4pm - 6pm.

I was here a few weeks ago with my college-aged friends and we had a blast! The staff is nice and the location itself seemed clean. We went in the evening on a week day so there was plenty of room to jump around and use almost all the trampolines. However, $3 for a pair of socks is a rip off because you cant really use the socks again unless you regularly go to a trampoline park.

One of my favorite places to go when I have the time, It has something for everyone. My youngest loves the mornings when he can go on ALL the attractions, being under height requirements. The staff are not always as.. attentive as they should be, but if you speak up and tell them your problem, they’ll gladly help. It’s much bigger then the sky zone trampoline park, and I definitely recommend you go here instead.

We had my sons birthday party at Freefall. They were amazing! Everything was so easy, and the kids all had a blast! Great place for kids parties or to spend an hour or two. Plenty to do and lots of fun!

We love this place!!! If you have kids or act like one yourself, this place is for you. Try to go early in the day or during the week if possible, weekends can be crowded.

The bouncing area is fun but you need expensive passes for everything except the main jumping area which is rather small. I would recommend Skyzone if you want to have more fun.

Excellent place to take your children no matter the age. The only thing I will emphasize is that the place needs to be cleaner. The presence of dust could be perceived. In addition, the staff was cleaned one of the pools and felt a cloud of dust. I understand that they should do it with the park closed.

I like this place well enough but the birthday party situation is a bit overbooked and chaotic. Parents arent allowed on the trampolines and those of us with small children simply must be on them at times to keep our kids safe which is problematic.

My girls really enjoyed themselves. We were there during the kids hours 10-1. The water vending machine does not accept credit card and there were no ATM machines on site. So, it was the water fountain. Overall, I would reccomend... just be sure to bring cash.

I absolutely love FreeFall Trampoline Park! They separate the jumpers based on their height for safety reasonings which is fantastic compared to other trampoline parks. All of the workers are friendly and accommodating. The park is always clean and their prices are fairly cheap compared to the other place in town. I highly recommend!

It’s good for doing gymnastics since the little kids are separated and there are some longer trampolines. It also has battle beams but you can use them like regular beams. It is much better than Skyzone.

Awesome place for kids..though make sure to bring some Tylenol or Ibuprofen for the possible minor injury...also they need to have an adult day

Went with daughter and three grands. Had a blast. We went early morning mid-week, probably key to going if you have little ones. Place was clean, polite nice staff. Will take them again.

The staff is very poor, slow to respond and not friendly. There’s no food. My son fell down while on the trampoline and broke his left elbow and his nose. The staff just watched him fall and laugh. This is insapropriate. There were no medical helpers. They didn’t bother to call anyone when he was in pain. I think their staff should be trained again. They need to learn to give medical care/ call for help. My children prefer sky zone and it’s much better. Do not take your children here.

I waited on line to get tickets for my grandsons. I told the person helping us that I wanted the plus pass for my oldest grandson. When he went to try to go on the equipment that you need the plus pass for I was told he needed a gold bracelet. I then checked and saw she never gave us the plus pass. When I went back to tell them they never gave me the plus pass I was told I’d have to wait on line again if I wanted it. By the time I would have made it back to the front of the line their time would have been up anyway. This was their mistake and was not handled very professionally

Free all is a very fun trampoline park to go to when you just need that extra bounce in your day. I love to come here every once in a blue moon to just have fun with some friends.

We called ahead asked what we needed to do there was no mention of Waiver we are grandparents and drove the children 40 minutes they told us we have to fill out waiver and you have to be the parents even though the sign says legal guardian. I asked to see the owner, owner was a jerk and was totally uncooperative and an a hole so we decided not even to stay there and left.Building has trouble with rats as traps were all around building.Stay away

This place was great for my 3 year old. Super affordable and great for when the weather is too cold or rainy. It’s also nice that they have a time when big kids are not in there

It was my first time coming here and i absolutely loved it, i was there for an hour and i feel like it lasts forever, prices are good, and they have cubbies but u can also purchase a locker if u have valuables, theres a lot of different activities you can do.
