This is a nice little dog park. Its not very big, nor is it geographically interesting, but there are always lots of dogs here and the people who bring them mostly have their act together. There was one annoying hysterical lady who kept yelling at her dog, and I helped break up a dog fight. The techniques I learned from YouTube videos worked very well. Otherwise its a lively park with a lot of dogs coming and going. Id recommend if youre in the area.

Great place to socialize with other dogs with a wide open area, a few communal toys, places to sit (often used as dog jungle gyms), and plenty of water. The wood chips make for a bit of dust, but its much better than having a mud pit for lack of grass.People often frequent at consistent times/days so if your dog makes friends its easy for them to track each other down.

The owners here are very engaged in their dogs interaction with other dogs. So if theres ever a fight everyone is already watching and ready to separate them. Its clean and I always see owners picking up after their dogs. The park has wood chips so some dogs dog like running in that, mine doesnt mind. There are lots of random balls around too and a water fountain!Theres a section for smaller dogs but a lot of people bring their Yorkie in the medium-large dog area. It always makes me nervous that itll get hurt accidentally.There is a group of elderly folk that get together by trees who dont wear their mask when theyre socializing and I mean fine, if you want to play covid roulette at home, cool but when youre in a public space..just cover up. I just keep my pup away from that area so that if theres a fight between the dogs I dont have to worry about coming in contact with a group of people not wearing their masks.

This dog park is absolutely lovely! We have a medium-sized rescue dog with TONS of energy and he absolutely loves this park! Its the first one weve ever taken him to, and its perfect! The dogs there are really nice and playful, and the people are pretty nice too! I also like that theres a seperate space for smaller dogs.

Nice dog park, theres a little dog park and big dog park. Doggy bags on site in case you forget or run out of them. Nice people.

Fun little park with lots of variety in dog sizes and breeds.

Nice space for the pups to run around. Took a new dog Walking client here. Well protected and enclosed so dogs can run around. Its non grass and mostly dirt piles.

I Love going here. When I pet sit I take the dog here to fetch ball.If only the owners would pick up after their dogs more often.Ive stepped in poop 3 times already!!Not Kool @ all!!But I like the park.I only wish they opened earlier than 8pm.

Nice park! Louis and I visited pretty late in the evening so it was dark but there were some lights on. Wide and open, Ill be coming back here.

Been to dozens and dozens of different dog parks in the past year alone, and as far as regular community dog parks go, this is quickly becoming my favorite. The space and its caretakers are great but its the community and the dogs that make the difference for me. Ive never felt like my little guy was safer around his big buddies.

Some folks here need to control their dogs better. I saw one guy laughing along as his dog was “playing” by nipping (biting?) other dogs in the face.

Such a pleasureble spot for people and dog walking with a community garden and an exercise station nearby that is very convenient. I no longer live in the neighborhood but will always go back for a periodic visit. Special place.

Awesome dog park but I highly recommend not only for this dog park but any dog park to leave your kids and small children out of a place for big and small dogs to play. This is a place for our aminals to socialize, play and get energy out. Not for your children, there are too many risks and it shouldnt be the dog owners responsibility to be worried about this. Keep your kids safe and our dogs happy, they can watch outside the gate. Its common sense.

Well-maintained, fenced dog park with wood chips. Lots of seating for owners. Doggie bags are provided on site. Only downside is that you cannot easily park your car near the park unless you have a permit.

This place is terrible. Such a shame, because the park itself is great. The dogs are also great. The OWNERS are the problem. Hypersensitive and unwilling to welcome new or aggressive breed dogs into the park. If your dog so much as plays or barks they will berate and embarrass you. If only owners could be as kind as the pups.

So.....I guess Im still learning which small dogs are acceptable in the big dog area....dog etiquette rules elude me. Or is it dog people rules that elude me..?....

Ohlone is a very nice park. From the mural all the way down to bart and a bit past it. Dog park for small and large dogs. Little kids playground. Basketball court. Community gardenand open fields.

An amazing dog park with an even better community. Not the largest space but more than enough for your doggo to get a solid romp in.

Its a beautiful place to bring your dog. Everyone is friendly and all the dogs are very sweet and cute.

Very dusty and a pit bull but my dog. the owner threatened to hit me for taking a photo of the dog but I didn’t believe his empty threat. Actually I was just pretending to take a pic because my phone is full but it got him mad heAnyway he’s tall, pale, white, and has 2 pit bulls, at least one is aggressive.

Good spot to take your dog to run around and be social with other dogs. People seem to be pretty friendly and helpful as well.

People were not friendly unless youre in some group or close neighbor. Dogs were friendlier.

Good doggy park just a block or so from heavy travel University Ave. A smaller park with lots of happy pups. The new small dog park here is a nice addition.

Id have to say the park is too small for the number of big dogs that come here. By and large the medium sized dogs were happy and not aggressive. The big dogs, however, werent very happy and one oversized border collie was very aggressive, lunging atop other dogs. For clarification to me a bid dog is 70+ lbs. Medium 40+lbs. The other issue is that it is all dirt and or bark which generates a lot of dust as the dogs trot after the various and many launched tennis balls.

Nice only because of its convenience. Too many people bring their aggressive dogs and do not monitor them, let alone pick up after them.

This is a little small for how many dogs are there. Seems well maintained, all fenced in. Didn’t have an issue with any dogs or people there. Parking is hard to find if you’re driving.
