Remillard at the corner of John Muir & Keeler is just up from the more legendary Craigmont Rock Park, but the views & climbing are just as spectacular. An easy scramble leads to the peak of the main boulder, where brand new anchors make top roping safe & fun, but bring extra long runners or a cordalette to reduce drag & save your rope. This is one of my favorite spots and a great local crag.
Great, not very busy playground here!
Great park highly recommend walking through John Muir Path on the way there. Not a lot of people usually, a great spot to chief
Nice little park, play area is near a wooded slope. There is a rock climbing rock that is very popular.
Been coming here since 1985 love climbing all over this thing.
Lovely little park nestled into the Berkeley hills. Fun climbing!
This park has a split personality - part of it a nice low-key toddler/dog park, a bit too small to have the varied spaces that would make for a good place to have a picnic, and part of it a large and serious rock outcrop with a wide range of top-rope and boulder problems. Quiet and restful, unless you decide to free solo something near your limit!
Great place to climb and play. Playground is quite small.
Great park - playground - amazing rocks to climb.
A great place to have a picnic and rock climb. The climbing area is great for a social gather and to give the muscles some exercise.
Good for climbing and rappelling
One of my favorite places
Fun place to climb!
I love this park.
