Perfect for workouts and long runs. Crystal Springs XC Course is connected to many nearby trails. It has two steep climbs and gradual ups and downs throughout the course. There is a water fountain, however it isnt the best one. I would advise to bring lots of water as it always seems to be very hot whenever you are there. Also, there is no shade so wear sunscreen and bring a canopy if you are racing there.

Running course for cross country. Not open to the public, but has a small tennis court and playground. The view of the reservoir across the way is beautiful. If you ever get the opportunity to run here, its truly an experience. (My running advice of the course: the first mile is by far the hardest. The running back up the hill is impossibly hard and it pychs you out. Try and keep a solid first mile and the other two are much easier. There is a moderately difficult hill in the middle section to keep in mind)

Amazing place to run, both racing and for fun. The weather is awesome every morning although in the summer it can be hot, but you cant beat running at such a beautiful and relatively challenging course.

Super dry area, but its only expected in a cross country course

A really hard course for running; the dust that kicks up when running combined with the heat makes the course very difficult. Also, hilly terrain so good place for a hill workout. Nice views though, from where it is situated.

One of the only remaining dedicated cross country courses in the US. It sucks to run here, but its true that it tests all aspects of cross country.
