I love this theater! Have been coming since my childhood and with the remodel, the movie experience has gotten even better! The recliner seats and the space between movie goers is really nice. The new theaters are really pristine and has a chic look. The only downside is that if you recline back too much on the seats. The bar in front of you blocks your vision of the movie screen. Other than that, I love going to this movie theater!

Nice theater!! We all enjoyed this place specially their recliner seats, soo comfortable!! I felt like I was at home. Take a blanket to make it feel even more comfortable.Consession like every other theater, popcorn, nachos, pretzels, candies, etc..If you like popcorn a lot get the big bucket, with this youll get endless popcorn.Nice and friendly staff.

This is our favorite local theater, thanks to the reserved seats and comfy recliners. Its great to be able to reserve your seat for the hottest new movie weeks in advance and walk in at showtime rather than standing in line for hours in the hope of getting a decent seat. If they had the option to put real butter on your popcorn, theyd get five stars easily!

Big screen and very comfortable Recliner seats where you can lie down and watch the movie. The sound affects were not as great as that of Cinemark, Bellevue downtown but the overall experience of watching the movie was great. The early bird prices for movies in the morning are very cheap.

Amazing movie theater with very comfortable reclining seats and good movies! The service is always good and I always have good experiences going here. Try going before noon for much cheaper movies if you can!

It is okay. It isnt offensively out of date or gaudy modern. Reminds me of the old school cinemas, just a couple of screens with nice seating but nothing beyond that.The sound is really what drops the score. It was less than stellar. Tuned for brightness and no real low end. Which is a bummer because the screens are actually quite pleasing to look at.

Ive been here several times and have enjoyed myself each time. Reasonable prices and Ive yet to meet a staff member that isnt friendly. Ill keep coming back.

Very impressed! We havent been here since they remodeled and the rows are very wide and the reclining chairs very comfortable. A job well done!

Nice chairs that are electric recline with wide aisles. Assigned seating. All very nice. Down side is they show 9 previews plus a commercial or two and there is a railing between the rows that cuts off the bottom of the screen.

Saw a movie there two days ago. Theatre was clean through out. Mid-week, mid-day the place was peaceful and quiet. I want to visit more often.

Very comfortable seats ! Push button recliners .Today the employee greeted me& my family very nicely .We saw jumanji 3.Nice fresh popcorn too, but expensive.Its better than your neighborhood cinema theater.

This place is amazing. Recliner seats and reserved seating. The theaters are so clean and the employees dont have that, I dont care because Im a student in school and Im probably high vibe.

Nice enough place. Does indeed have reclining seats. But at least in theatre 2, there is railing in front of each row of seats that blocks your view of the screen if you recline past half way or so. Kids were kinda sad about that

Crossroads has the best seats of any Regal theater and is located next to the mall with great dining options. Its always a fun time at Crossroads!

I was very impressed with the cashier. I tried to use my phone number for my regal account and he nicely explained that I need the app. He patiently waited for me to download the app because he wanted me to get the discount. We are from out of town and didnt realize that there seats were recliners which was nice and they had seat assignments which was nice so we could get our popcorn and not worry about losing seats. And popcorn was half of because it was Tuesday.

An awesome family friendly theatre during the day, and a great adult hang out after hours.

We could hear the movie playing in the room next to ours and it was very distracting. Also, t he screen seemed smaller than most other movie theaters. Seats reclined and we’re comfortable, but we’re not heated. Popcorn and ICEE were good. Not memorable enough to make another trip out of Seattle for a show here.

Clean, timely service. Theyre REALLY loud, even with earplugs. Then again, I have sensitive ears. I saw Frozen 2 and had a wonderful experience (I was disappointed by the end even if I did see it coming)

It was very clean, staff were friendly. The seats reclined. They didnt have many seats in the theater. So tons of leg room. If I lived closer it would be the only theater Id go to.

Always love going here! Customer service is great, chairs in the theaters are SO comfy, AND recline. Plus its at a great location, right next to the mall.

This is my go to place for movies. Mostly because it’s the closest to me but also because they have the best recliner seats compared to other theaters with it. Regal in general is the best brand of cinemas as you can collect points very easily and get free tickets. There is a great staff and I noticed since I come here so often. They’re pretty funny.

Fun Theatre. Not as busy as youd think. Concession was good and the theaters and bathrooms were clean. Had a good time.

Kai (princess moanoke?) :-) was absolutely amazing!! He tried and tried to make the card work and after saying he believed us called his manager who typed in the card we had been using to get our tickets and groceries earlier in the evening that finally worked. He gave us the best popcorn Ive ever had at a theatre! He was a gift to a long awaited date night!! Thank you Kai!!!

There isnt a bad seat in the whole theater. Every seat reclines and has a great view of the screen.

Loved this theater... recliner chairs! And you can reserve your seats ahead of time (their is an extra cost if you do it online)! It was a very comfortable theater, even sitting in the third row. And the gentleman at the customer service desk was great. Will definitely go there again.

I love the seating. The chairs are super comfortable. The prices are the same as just about any other place. Theres a few places to visit while waiting for a movie to start. The location is great if you work at Microsoft and want to grab a movie shortly after work.

Though definitely a smaller theater, Ive always had a pleasant experience here. The staff, especially at concessions, are always friendly and entertaining. The reserved recliner seating is also very nice and is a good price.

Who is this place for? I took my friend to the princess mononoke showing we sat at the top row. The whole time we were watching the movie with this bar right in the middle of the screen? Cuz I guess people have a hard time walking to their seats, like they need a 5 ft wide walkway with a fatty bar to lean on. Who cares about the movie right?? Never going back to this one.

Best theatre on the Eastside. Reasonably priced, comfortable chairs, plenty of parking. I would give it 5 stars if they upgraded the speakers and their sound dampening as there are definitely spots in the theater that have a pretty awful audio mix.

Regal cinemas at crossroads has definitely upgraded for the better (compared to my last visit which was 10-ish years ago). The primary difference is that the seats recline. They also have a leathery feel but Im not too into that since I can get uncomfortably warm quickly in those materials. The atrium has a grand hall feel to it: fairly skinny but very tall. They have a small arcade and small concessions stand. The point of sales is located outside which is cool and different from most other newer theaters. Ample parking at the Crossroads shopping mall.

Ever since the remodel, this is one of the best theaters in the area. Best regal theater I have ever been to. Assigned seats that recline, with large walk ways and plenty of room. More than most other theaters.

I dont think I will ever go to another theater again. This is a game changer! Reclining seats, wide asiles, easy parking and minimal walking for old folks.

This cinema is not the BEST cinema in the world, but its not the worst either. It recently installed recliners in the place of the seats, and that was a BEAUTIFUL idea. It has an an arcade for kids to wait when your in that huge line waiting to buy popcorn, so thats nice. Now that I think of of it, this Regal cinema is actually really good! If you live close, you should go here!

Best theatre that I came across in Seattle. They have lazy boy seats that can be bent almost 180 degrees and one can literally sleep and watch the movie.

The recliners are great. The sound was just as good. They limit the number of guests by the number of chairs.

All the seats are comfy and will recline!Concessions are pretty good, though they are always out of frozen junior mints (please stock more in the freezer!) And the theater rooms are always crazy cold. Half way through the movie and my feet were ice cubes, despite wearing thick socks AND a jacket.

Great place to catch the latest film release. Clean lobby, clean bathrooms, and clean theaters. Wheelchair accessible basically everywhere too!The recliner seats have always been such a terrific feature and one of the reasons we keep coming back! The other great feature is the ability to reserve seats - super handy especially for popular films or if you just want to ensure that you get the best seats. ;)Theaters are also kept at a comfortable temperature depending on the weather - warm & cozy for winter, and cool but not fridged in the summer.

Really unfortunate this Regal location has decided not to offer ADA caregiver passes to moviegoers with disabilities who require caretakers 24/7. The Assisant GM told me a loophole allows them to deny a caregivers pass. Yet we never have a problem at Regal Northgate.Its clearly a decion by this locations manager to prioritize profit over polices of inclusion and equity. If you share a franchise name, you should share the same ADA policies as other Regals in the area. Will be submitting further complaints through their office.Will not return to this location.

Stadium seating, reserved seating and power reclining chairs. Mostly standard snack bar options. The corn dog nuggets are surprisingly tasty. The employees tend to be above average for a movie theater. The managers seem to do a good job of finding quality people in a high turnover job. This would be a 5 star review but they lose one star for having surprisingly uncomfortable seating. The actual seat cushions are actually harder than the old seats they took out to put in these new fancy recliners. I frequent another regal down in Carlsbad when I visit mom, so I know they could be so much better. I also wish they had added the little swivel tables like that other Regal has, though that doesnt affect the star rating. Its just the firmness of the seats.

Aside from Cinerama in Seattle, the crossroads theater has to be the best theater around. All assigned seating, good food nearby for before or after a show, and reclining seats for everyone. One of the best things is the 10:15 am shows that are 6-7 bucks a ticket.

A nice shopping center with much to do b4 and after a movie. Always enjoy a movie with freshly popped popcorn.

The best part is the parking space and seating. Lots of food options at the crossroads mall but the popcorn is really bad, I can smell it from a distance. Not very crowded and online ticketing makes it easier.

Great reclining seating. Make sure to get your tickets early if you know its going to be a popular movie, Ive had successful preorders of the recent Marvel superhero flicks and Star Wars eps. 7 and 8 on opening night as early as 3 months ahead of the date.

This place accepts movie pass. I like it for late night show as its very close to my home. Not so much crowded. Very small hall rooms bring latest cinema and they have 3D too. Good place beside Crossroad mall. They have popcorn and other snacks as usual to other theaters.

The theater is great. The seating is awesome. The complex has 9 screens... Some screens are big and some are small. I have been to both the types and liked both of them. Located in the crossroads, it is located at the prime location. We can do advance booking and then go shopping. Parking is adequate as we can shop any where in the cross roads. Food options are very limited.

Nice seats, comfy for kids. Sound system is not too loud and so kids can enjoy movie. They add too much butter to popcorn so make sure to ask them to not add butter or minimum butter, as the butter smells as if its stale.

The Regal Theatre is awesome, comfortable...and a SHOUT-OUT to the Indian place in the Food Court for making us such great food--right at closing time, even!
