Beth the owner is money hungry I feel like and old fashioned which isnt bad and the price for the trailers to rent is a good deal I live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath huge 18 foot double wide and I pay 1095 plus the payment plan of 50 dollars towards my last months rent every month to move in its really expensive though deposit for all trailers is 750 water deposit is 200 electric permit is 86 and you must pay first months rent and last and she will set up a payment plan for the last month minimum 50 dollars a month she doesnt like to but she will. And none of them come with a fridge if u get one with a fridge ur lucky all bills excluded unless you live at the sjolander location where the water and trash is allocated and thats a flat fee of 75 so you pay rent the 75 for the water and trash and ur lights all other parks are all bills seperate.

Maintenance is okay, and management are always polite. Well as for Terri n Beth they always been nice to me. As long as ur renting ur always going to have a issue with something because u don’t own it. This place is just like any other place when you are renting.

Great place to live! I see people complaining about the manager, shes actually a good person, its just people dont know how to pay the rent on time and complain about everything.

If I could leave less then one star I certainly would. We lived there for a year....during that time we killed over 12 RATS in our home! My children and my husband and I all stayed sick from the rat urine in the insulation and rat feces in and around our home. We complained, they came and “sprayed” under our trailer. Pulled out our dishwasher and found a hole in the floor and a nest. They did patch the hole. Only they came right back in! This place was a health hazard for our family. We HAD to leave for health reasons.....and never got a penny back from them. I do not recommend this place at all!

Only visited to inquire about rentals. The management was very polite and the area was very well kept. Would refer families to look into their rentals if in the market!

People who own the place are not trustworthy. They want you to pay outrageously, a month for trailers that arent at their best conditions. The maintenance also half ass work on everything. I would not recommend anyone to move to this place. If so look forward to being lied to and being pissed off.

I wish we could put a -1 * our parents been living here for a good little while always want up the rent property, youywont get a set rate every year, not a good place to live at do not recommend this area for nobody in my opinion the owners of crooks

I have lived here for three years. The park is quite with nice neighbors. I have not had any problems with anyone on staff.

Very shitty place the owner is shady as hell been here 4 years been trying to fix the shower head since the first day the. I found out that baytown supplies water for the park and what they do is split the bill between the tenants. I looking for a place if i had one ready i would have been gone a long time ago. Plz dont waste your time and money youll never get that back.

Assistance Manager, is rude. They like to take your money for any excuse.
