Nice quiet place

Been here 2 years and place was nice. Rent and utilities were decently priced. Now they are raising the rent and utilities on everyone. Paying a extra 125.00 now beginning 2018. Its sad you can do that to loyal residents. Great Christmas present huh.

Very nice trailer park

Needs to have Comcast -Xfinity here, sure wish management would call Comcast to get it looped in here..over all its a quiet community. Suddenlink is here and they are expensive and lie you, thats why we need comcast ..

Roads are damaged a bit but overall people there are nice and caring.

Great place to live. Havent had any trouble since moving in. People are pleasant.

It needs a pool and play ground for the kids.

Ive lived here my whole life, and we have the worst management weve ever had. They have wasted money, and today is Christmas Eve, and theyve shut the water off. Theyve had a leak for 4 days, and they choose today to turn the water off. They also just repainted the parking area up front, then had the road resealed which covered up the new paint, and then repainted again. They raise the rent once a year around here, so this waste is ridiculous.
