I like the area. Wish I lived there. Its next to my church, right around the corner, coming out of Afton, on the right. Manager is easy to talk to. GB her always.

If your a visitor you have to park your car at the office and it is very difficult if someone lives way at the end of the park .

Terrible staff rude pool is always closed no bathroom or amenties even for residents park is small and never updated its overpriced they charge extra and fine for any and everything they call the pound or roundup any animal but dont pay for any pest control and are rude to anyone who asks them to do their job...they never provide proper documents about sales or rent but advertise for all the businesses they personally want and force you to use if not them directly and they never take any responsibility but expect to recieve money for nothing at all since they only take money and run people off who generally are important unless for some reason they dont want any funding a job a home or paycheck or rent checks or respect even as they claim to horribly manage this once lovely place

An amazing community. Clean, family oriented place 2 live. Pool, laundry, newspaper & Coke machines. Love it here. No rental homes, long term great neighbors. U must C this neighborhood!

There was a guy trying to rent is a trailer that had mold on the roof and that had roaches the trailer number is 232

Its a pretty calm place to live, the areas Isnt to breathtaking though

That picture over there is from the house of the manager they put a wall and a death Mexican stock between the wall, they are rude and racist and this trailer park is full of Hispanic ppl. That was so disrespectful from them to do that. Because thanks to all this Hispanic ppl they get paid.

Management takes days to respond in most cases, no one is ever in the office. They are rude and have a Do as we say but dont do as we do mentality. Wouldnt recommend unless you dont have other options. Had issues with vandalism that nothing was done about.

The speed bumps need to be smaller. Lower sitting cars scrape the bottom

Worst place to live. Scam you for your money if you park on the street will tow your truck. Owner partners with tow truck driver to tow your vehicle and charge you.
