A majority of the mobile homes in this park are decaying. In the back southeast corner you have nothing but trash and things dumped all over their yards... everyone in the neighborhood can see it and it’s sometimes on a good windy day their things are blowing into neighborhoods on the other side and making messes. The owners of this trailer park are not doing their best to keep their trailer park nice

The people were cool, but then roads inside the park make it look like a junkyard. A slum lord must own the place

Residents fix their own potholes because the park management is too cheap and lazy to do it themselves. Been saying for over a year that they were gonna fix it. Now theres two sections of roads where you cant avoid deep potholes.

This place is very poorly ran the managers lie and if they dont like you they treat me disrespectfully and broke pipes under my home and refused to fix them and refused a swere thaw that I requested and told dependable sewer not to thaw my sewer and I feel that they need to be sued !!!!

The park has its fair share of problems, like the roads and the intentional animal abuse and killing to the community cats (who bother no one and keep mouse population down).
