Really inspect your trailers before renting. Nothing really good to say about the trailer. They did not even caulk the bathtubs. It does flood. Was there for three weeks and trash was missed 2 times out of 3. At least they let me leave without to much trouble after room mate passed away. Over all the management was friendly. I just had a bad series events.

I put a application in for a mobile home for sale i got declined cause i have a dog hes a basset hound not aggressive at all i want my $30.00 back thanks for nothing

Decent enough. Some drama with neighbors, and moderate amounts of trailer and car B&E. New owners are working to improve the lots and replace old trailers.

Have lived here for over ten years. Their is no management. There is a person who handles the rent. 0 maintenance. 0 security. Have never been late or missed rent. Also plan on battling the bed bug and roaches that scumbag dirty neighbors let run rampant

Went to visit an old friend of mine that lives there even thought about moving there at one time glad I didnt its the worst place to live if you have kids there are sex affenders and criminals that live on just about every block people have no respect for anyone that lives there cops are always in and out of the park horrible place would not live there

Its a cheap place to be but a few Mega Garden be careful people will come and steal your fruits if you leave any metal product or any feed in your driveway someone will come in stealing anything metal in your driveway we have a scrap guy in the park that means if you leave your bike on the sidewalk you will my take it or anything looks junk in your driveway I seen him take it for my yard when he was taking stuff to the scrap yard he denied it to my face. and if the person tells you what they see they wont talk to the cops for you and if they tell you we have Park security they wont pay them the reason they dont go out all night the roads are terrible after you get through all the bad stuff the rent is pretty decent $300 a month and you might see a lot of kids smoking weed

When you try to take care of yard and make a garden you have to deal with people live by you love to come when you try to take care of yard and make a garden you have to deal with people live by you love to come your plants and fruits and love to steal stuff out of your yard I had a fire pit and I someone seen who stole it I went to her house and they denied it to stay ready took it to freaking scrap yard one person takes scrap to the scrap yard and he got caught stealing something on my yard a fire pit yesterday I had a tomato plant I just went out today to water them and I I see them all missing then their b**** at me for taking care of my yard but when I do take care of my yard and have happy time doing it it goes missing why should I take care of my yard if something say be stolen

Nice park. They are improving bringing new mobile homes.

When I was looking for a place a few years ago I did look here, but it looked pretty run down. I have see it improve a lot since then and would definitely consider living there now.

Was there to drop off a television. This mobile home park looked run down.

Was looking for another place to live and saw brentwood and went into one of the trailers and it was a two bedroom the maintenance guy did an awesome job on it and it looked nice

I lived in Brentwood for about a year. For the past days I lived in the trailer park(Dont call it a mobile home park its trash) all I saw was flooded water during heavy rainfall and most trailers skirtings were ruined due to the flood. On some streets it looks like lake Michigan. The lawn throughout the trailer park was unkept. I mean I see one maintenance guy on a go-kart lawn mower but he rides around like its a go-kart derby. Dont get me started on the trees if you can even call them trees cause there dead they will eventually fall or fall on your trailer like mine. But we were just renting to own we didnt quite own it yet and somehow it was the tenants responsibility for everything. A dead tree fell on my roof and some days later my ceiling was sagging then the next thing I know the ceiling fell cause there was leakage not only in my ceiling but in the lamp on the ceiling which is a electric hazard scary!!! I eventually moved into a house in Saginaw which is very nice by the way. I got sick from the mold in the trailer which gave me a respitory problem and I ended up in the E.R. after I moved and it took me three weeks to recover. This place doesnt even deserve a rating not even a star. Never wanna see this place again.

Its a person named Tyler in the park likes to steal his dad stuff and sell it to other people in it and his dad comes to ask for dont get the money or what they trade for and he said she said call the police dont trust this kid he likes to steal

There are a few cool people in this park but the management needs management ...

My opinion is this place is trashy and overpriced. Also I personally know people that have moved out because of cockroach infestation. Ive heard park management is not very friendly either. I wouldnt live there lol

Very bad place to live, as seen on other post, bulling is a big issue,I lived there 1month and with in a week of moving in my son was bullied to the point he had to live with his dad, nothing has been done about it, Teenagers that disrespect adults,and foul language that has been spoken to me and my guest, management is a joke, They do not work after 2pm, The place is a complete dump, I wouldnt give them any stars, the place should be shut down and sued for harassment, What a waste of hard earned money, what a disgrace.
