If 129 coral drive Gets to have people living there not on the lease WE ALL SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO.2 people one girl one guy black car. Get them on the lease or move them out. Theyre there every day and every night. Im disabled and if I have to pay to live there so should they.

The old manager was stealing peoples money. They did business with a company called housing investments that wasnt giving copies of titles to trailers that you buy and theres no real business address for housing investments. The new manager is nice but they wont help the people who did leases and contracts with the old manager and housing investments. They also own Alpine Village. Horrible experience. I could give 0 I would. They ruin peoples lives. DONT MOVE IN HERE! ITS ALL A SCAM!

Lots of new homes coming in. soon to be a great park to move to.

The park is going thro a face lift right now so its not the cleanest place to be right now. The management sticks to there word and will come out when you need them too

Its a run down mobile home park, right next to the sugar factory. It has potential to be get nice if they got rid of the old run down empty trailers and added some new ones.

Moved in last year and moved out last year. There was a broken water main between the triler i lived in and the one next to me on my left. They kept saying they were going to get it fixed and never did. We had everyones Sewer back up into our bathtub and toilet. They told me it wasnt from that it was due to my son putting things down the toliet got it fixed and then less then a month later it happened again. Management is rude and unprofessional. Wanted 65 dollars and hour for if they had to come and fix everything and now they want to take me to court because we left because of the health conditions

Management is deceitful and crooked. Manager is a petulant bully who goes from zero to full psycho in the blink of an eye and is prone to fits of rage. She will also lie through her teeth so beware. The fact that the ownership allows this crazy, mean spirited, spiteful woman treat their tenants this way tells you all you need to know about what type of place this is.

Terrible we pay our bills and then they misplace their documents saying i did and claimed we didnt pay it. Had my tire slashed in this park. And in just on year two trailers have burnt to the ground.

Not happy here at all. Management has no clue what they are doing. They say they will do one thing and dont do it. I was accuse of harboring people there and I was braking the lease because of this which in truth was NOT true. There are empty trailer with broken windows from kids throwing rocks at them. They dont check on it when you report it.Now, the manager is a coward and bully all at same time. She hides behind a partition and wont even speak to like a human. She just screams at you.If you are looking for a place to live and dont want a headache DO NOT LOOK HERE! You will regret it if you do. Oh if I could give zero stars I would...You dont deserve 1 star.

Management is unprofessional. Continually change answers to specific questions even when in lease. Much favoritism among people. After 1 1/2 years it was time to move. Airing on being positive and proactive to make any situation better was always met by anger and hostility. I personally want professionalism when I am giving someone Money every month. The owner supports management with the same amount of blind ignorance.

Peaceful neighbors but management is very unprofessioal and send water bill out same day its due then charges you a late fee
