Very clean and the staff are very friendly. I would give it 5 stars but the payouts are few and far between. Even if I dont win Im used to hearing about someone hitting a jackpot over the loud speaker every 15-30 minutes Im not hearing that at all lately

Had fun at this place even though I lost money but, none the less I had a good time. The place is well air conditioned great to beat the heat and smoke free. They do have a smoking area outside with slot machines available great for you smokers. Also the beer is complementary just leave a tip, “don’t be that person”. Only down side theres no hotel available at this location there is one right down the road.

Only blackjack tables, was supposed to get 10 free play for signing up was told i couldnt use it for 24 hours. Had dinner at the restaurant food was nothing exciting I think there was crab sauce on my steak, wasnt good at all.

My experiences at Hollywood has been horrible. Every trip I made in the last two months, Ive done nothing but lose. In fact all the casinos here in Baton Rouge are not giving players enough play back to get them wanting to come back. Casinos in Mississippi have better comps, play backs and better coupons.

We went to the buffet on Christmas Day when we didnt feel like cooking, and were pleased to find consistently good food. The hours have been reduced since we visited before, and we generously tipped the waitress who brought our drinks and extra silverware and plates as she was working on Christmas Day so we could eat out. My only negative finding has been the same for years. The desserts are pretty but dont have much flavor.

Spends to mu h money to never win a big jackpot and the same people keep winning over and over. Starting 2021 I will be giving up gambling in Baton Rouge

Alright here we go. Great location. Love how the casino (boat) is on the water that pretty cool. The buffet was really good. Had a great selection of food and desserts. The fish was really the best part for me. Kinda pricey for a single buffet. I get it it’s a casino, it has a buffet and the views are amazing. However I personally thought $20 for one person was a bit high, but that’s just my opinion. The service was great my drink was never half empty, my table was always clean when I came back from getting seconds and dessert. The ladies there were nice to talk to.Now the casino part. It was nice the boat had three floors. The first floor had table games and slots. Each floor had a bar and slots. I spent $60 and never got ahead once. I walked around and the highest payout I saw at that time was $250ish. As a new card member I spent $10 and went to the kiosk machine and spun the wheel and won a “free” Saturday brunch. U know I will be there to use that.I would go back to this place again for a fun night out enjoy the music and food and bar area. Something to do while I work out of town.

This casino is terrible for as slots....on first floor of smoking area all the slots stay broke. If you hit a jackpot in this area/smoking the next day or either the same day the machine is turn off, cant take money, or the spin button dont work(buffalo bulls all four stay broken outside)They refuse to fix machines for about 2-3 weeks. If you on second floor right across from food where dollars machine are double seven or triple seven machine well really any 777 double/triple machine PAY ATTENTION to how all the the TRIPLE RED SEVEN are sticking out or either tape is on triple RED 777 to stop you from hitting a jackpot with TRIPLE RED 777.... ... I have called the state police and complaint about the machines dysfunctional, and how the casino turn machines off after a jackbox or how it dont work no more . Its ok to lose but be fair with people money. THIS casino remind me of how Indians casino else where are RIGID UP AND CORRUPT NOT ALLOW BIG JACKPOX. On 3rd floor to your left against the wall the first machine it have hugh jackpot its been like that for 10 years... The machine shake inside when you hit spin button it have a lot of dysfunctions you play up to 5$ on this machine.. Just go there and check how all the machines or not working properly. Great buffet. Lots to choose from. My favorite was the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and the stuffed bell peppers with shrimp. We really enjoyed eating here. The view was great. Right on the river. You can see the baton rouge bridge. The customer service was amazing in comparison to laberge casino. The atmosphere was Quant and everything was very clean.

Small, but cute casino close to the state capital. Best of all, it’s SMOKE FREE in the gambling area.We ate at their deli which was good with reasonable prices. Worth a visit.

No so great not one waitress came to me on the 3rd floor didnt even c not 1 . I was there from 8pm _3am no winnings couldnt even get a cold drink a sign says the waitress will serve but dam when . The waitress on 2nd was a tid busy but its got to get better . Horrible

I had a $639 ticket I left on machine to take a phone call in less than 1 minute someone had cashed it out and stole it. I will never return. I was told many people come here to “prey” on people like me. That is crazy. I was there to enjoy myself not to get my money stolen.. I was in town a few months ago and went to Belle of Baton Rouge Casino, which was awful. But, this is way different. Multiple floors of action. Lots of slots. For gamers, there is the first and third floor. If you need some fresh air and a break, there are outside smoking areas on each deck that overlook the Mississippi River and there usually are no smokers. I love to go over for lunch. Buffet is small enough that I get plenty without too much. But the desserts are the best. Hope they will always have that coconut pie. Many others are delicious too, plus the ice cream. Yummy.

SECURITY WAS VERY RUDE! I RAN OUT OF OXYGEN! ASK COULD I USE WHEELCHAIR TO GET TO MY FRIENDS CAR OR WOULD SHE PLEASE ROLL ME TO CAR. SHE TOLD ME NO ITS CLOSING TIME. I DONT HAVE ANYONE TO DO THAT. I PASSED OUT WENT TO HOSPITAL! LOWDOWN!

No air conditioning hot as hell. Change machines not working no smoking in any part of the casino cant get a drink. Next time we just gonna keep on passing by...my husband played so hopefully his donation will get some air in there...

A favorite place to go of mine. The only downfall is the machines have a tendency to malfunction and the bathrooms arent exactly the cleanest. But they usually arent packed which is nice.

The young lady behind the counter took my ID and proceeded to put me in their system. Put my card in a slot machine and it said welcome... Kevin... in 30 plus years of visiting casinos no attendant has ever typed my name in wrong while looking at the spelling...kinda ruined my fun.
