Had a birthday party for my 7 year old. We didnt buy their party package but instead just paid the retail rate for everyone. Kids and adults had a great time. The curved climbing wall was a huge hit. Employees were super attentive since it was a slow night. The equipment is very clean. Looks brand new. I definitely recommend this place!!
This lady was so rude. My kids and I walked up to the door at 7:40 and she looked at us and turned the lights off while kids was inside still jumping. So I called her while we all was still standing at the door and she stated they are close when in fact they close at 9p I asked her why did she ignore us and turn the lights off when she seen us she stated she was told to close early b/c no one showed for the glow show. I just think it was a better way to handle that and also my son was so upset it is his birthday and we had surprised him when he saw we had arrived to sky zone..terrible experience without even going in
My grandniece was invited to a birthday party there. Kids can burn off a lot of energy! I liked being able to see at the opening of each station as they jumped. The kids were from 1 to 10 years in age so the very tiny ones were limited to what they could do so I saw a mom get her 10-year-old to grab the 2- year-old because Mom couldnt step into the first station. The kids had a blast, though. Later, since my grandniece enjoyed it we invited 2 friends to go with her on her birthday. They had more freedom to go back and forth through the stations as there were no parties that day. Still, I had to order tickets in advance on line. There was an accident on the highway which made a 30-minute trip from Baker turn into an hour & a quarter trip. Since there were no parties set for that evening the girl at the desk let us move the time back so the kids could have their full jump time. There was no one serving food at the concession that day. That was OK for some of us because wed planned another stop then pizza, cake, and gift opening at the house with a cartoon video. But if someone wanted anything at the place they were out of luck. It was a day for the kids and they had fun so that is what counts. I would take my grandniece back and it seems from other reviews its best to go the way we did rather than buy a party package.
Visited for a four-year-olds birthday party. Children enjoyed an hour of jumping in the main room before pizza and cake. Great exercise for tiring out the little ones with all the running and jumping. No serious injuries. Nothing for adults to do but watch, but that seems typical at such events.
The staff there has always been very helpful when I’m there and my 2 year old LOVES it there!! He always grabs his “jump socks” and wants to go jump! Love this place!!
Such a disappointment!!!! We brought our 1 year old and 7 year old and this place was NOT family friendly at all... If not being able to accompany your kids when you are jumping is your thing than this is perfect you. Area 51 has a lot more to offer we seriously couldnt stop laughing and smiling the whole time, but NOT here. Every 2 seconds they are telling you how and where to jump so that you dont break all of their safety rules. I thought the point of the wavier was to take the liability out for them as much as reasonable and just let people have fun!!! Its the parents job to ensure safety for their kids but they regulate this center so much you might as well wrap everyone in bubble wrap so they dont get close to fun. Its wayyyyyy more expensive than any other place we have been... Most places have times for adult or older jumping but during normal hours have sectioned areas that are actually entertaining for your toddlers. My children were bored out of their mind and asked to leave before time was up. We will not be returning unless this place learns how to create a FUN atmosphere.
Nice place for an afternoon of exercise and fun. The atmosphere is good for parties. The staff is friendly for the most part. Be careful with little kids though. There are 4 jumping areas and little ones may get lost in the big crowds.
Fun for everyone! But no playing in the foam pit. Jump in and jump out... The trampolines were great but my kids wanted to play in the foam pit. And I know at Area 51.. they can play in multiple foam pits.
Great deals frequently. Lots of fun with each trampoline variety. Arcade games. Photo booth. Grab a bite and drink while resting. Dont eat too much though if planning to jump again. ;)
I had my twin 6 yr old boys birthday here. We We loved it. The check in was fast and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our host was great and made sure that me and my wife didnt have to lift a finger. He handled the cake, presents etc etc. After the party the host offered a cart to help us get gifts out to our vehicle.
The trampoline pad is to high when trying to climb out of the foam pit.Took me 30 minutes to get out of that foam pit even with the mat.The pizza slices and soft drink was good.I love how they honor special needs people with sensory hours like Chuck E. Cheese.Area 51 is better because they have a 6 and under foam pit.The trampoline foam pit has a mat really low in the foam pit.Sky zone needs improvement. The basketball hoop was low enough and I made a basket.
Its just ok. My 10 year old loves places like this but asked not to go back here. There are a few alternatives in the area with more activity options that he enjoys a great deal more.
This place is run great. The snacks were good and the equipment is new.
Im here now and this was our Mothers day idea to have a good time with the family. If you are the type of parent who plays with the kids this place isnt for you. The rules are way too stringent when you have to be roped off from your own kids. They wanted to jump with mommy and daddy. So if you want to watch your kids play then it may be okay but its not for us.Update: Once we realized we couldnt jump with the kids we tried to get a refund for the last 30 minutes and just watch them have fun. THEY DONT OFFER REFUNDS!
This is a great place to go for children, ages 15 & up, if you do go big groups will be fun, they dont have many options to choose from.
I thought a trampoline park in Texas was better than both Sky Zone and Area 51 was lame but they actually are good and nice!!
We prefer Area 51 because they have more obstacles and larger trampolines. But this should not deter you from trying this location. There were no problems with our experience. Just a personal preference.
A wonderful place for family fun. As a grandmother I enjoyed watching parents and kids having fun, family friendly.
It is a nice place. Great to let the kids wear their selves out.
I wen t there and there it was AWESOME!!! It was my 1st {Or first} time in there w/ rosa *sister*, Alejandra, Melanie, Sauly, and Celeste too... :)
My baby girl and her friends enjoyed themselves here on her birthday. Very organized
Staff is not friendly - limitations on everything! I have an almost three year old and he was only allowed to jump in one area. Other places I have been to - He had the full run on all trampolines and foam pits. Not worth the money and not a place that easily allows you to jump with your kid as the area allowed is too small. Never going back and will not recommend.
Granddaughter celebrated past two birthdays here. Always has a great time.
It was fun it was also my first time there I hope I got there soon again
Terrible! I couldnt jump with my hat on, I couldnt jump with my kids, my kids were too old to jump in the toddler section, too small for the bigger kid section. They made us leave an open section bc that was the big kid section. There were other kids running around throughout the entire place and nothing was said to them but I cant even jump by my kids to make sure they dont get jumped on by the ones running around like crazy. And it was very expensive compared to Area 51. This place blows! Dont waste your money
It was awesome the people were very friendly and it seemed like they really loved their job.I personally loved it the employees were very friendly, I read some other reviews and they said that they didnt let them have fun but they didnt micromanage when I went so I cant confirm this, I can say that this is a really fun place to go though.
We go every few months on Sunday morning to let my toddler bounce around. The staff are friendly but take safety very seriously so some advanced toddlers may be a little disappointed in jumping in the designated areas. Kids 5+ will have a blast in the foam pit or dodgeball area!
Clean facility but poorly managed. Seems like the only ones who gets to have a good time here are the kids and some adults who has the i dont give a f**k attitude. But the workers here are quick to point a finger and give a little lip to kids who were getting impatient because other children were not waiting there turn and skipping. Sector 6 has a much more bigger arena and has a more fair supervision
If youre an adult who wants to jump with your kids, save your $17 and dont. I like to join the kids for fun activities but as an adult youre limited to only 1 area of trampolines. Staff politely informed me that no dodgeball with kids ( i can understand that) but seriously told me i couldnt be on the same trampoline as my toddler. Ok, meanwhile 3 kids jump on 1 trampoline together and thats ok. I will not be coming back.
Good place to burn off some energy. Concessions are reasonably priced as well.
Not impressed. Especially to stick 25 people in a small room for bday party will never be back
Loved it, only one complaint. I practice free running ( parkour) and there ramps in the front is a wall running trainner. And you arent allowed to wear shoes during it. Only the socks they give you. Now this is a traning tool that has warrnings with it TO WEAR SHOES WITH THE PRACTICE. But youre only allowed to wear there gripped socks that dont work
The kids where they could jump all the time no one will complain about them and dont worry about the kidsSafety is the goal for all of the employees so dont worry
Today was my first time taking my 3 year old son. I was informed he was to jump in the toddler area however I couldnt jump. I could assist him which meant just stand there. I took my phone out to record him while standing on one square and the man that was standing there watching us told me I couldnt have my phone on the trampoline. No other kids where there so it wasnt like it was a privacy issue. I felt as though we couldnt do anything. My son got bored quick because again I couldnt join in. Wasted my money because its not like its cheap. No foam pit for him to even play in also. Too many restrictions. I have been told area 51 is better so will check that out instead next tme. Will never go back to skyzonephone o
Birthday party for grandkid...too expensive, loud, and crowded. 2 in our group got a stomach virus after visiting there!
Nice place but not too much for toddlers to do.
Nothing compared to area 51 or sector 6. Not many events to play. And the workers are always on your ass about safety. I couldnt even wear my hat while i jumped.
Its ok. Dont really know why wed go someplace that has a ton of trampolines when we couldve done the same thing in our backyard...for free. Need more fun.
Fun birthday party. Kids were happy and adults were too.
Fun for the kids. Prices are decent. The staff is ok.
Worst Birthday Party Experience in Baton Rouge. I have 3 children and have had parties at Area 51, Party Playground, Lindseys Bouncing Tigers, Jump N Jive, USS Kidd, Zoo, etc etc. This was by far the most expensive birthday party ($630) and the most unorganized one of the bunch. I didnt even get to enjoy my child because I was dealing with the absolute mess that was check in and cleaning up trash etc when he was opening presents.(1) Check in - There is a separate check in for birthday parties which is a fantastic idea BUT... I stood at check in for 45 minutes and then entire time there was between 4 and 6 employees behind the counter. 1 or sometimes 2 were working and the other 4 or so were literally hanging out and talking. I took a great pic to post on my FB page. Flip over there:). You did not have to be specially trained to see that there is a line of 20 people (all holding presents and myself holding a very awkwardly sized cake) to instruct them to put them in the bins and sign the waiver at the computer. When I asked where I could set down the cake so it wouldnt get smashed, I got a smart look and they told me on the counter. 5 minutes later they had a non-employee (friend) behind the counter who took her purse, plopped it down on my cake and began rummaging through it. When I walked up and said something, neither she nor the 6 employees behind the counter moved the cake, apologized or anything. There will children coming up and rummaging through the cart where they had us place presents and envelopes. I had to stop a child from taking one of the envelopes off of our cart. Again, multiple employees standing right there who were too busy socializing to even notice much less care.(2) The jump time - I was never informed of our party schedule but we were still standing there after our party was already to have started. I finally raised enough of a scene where they started our party instead of having us just stand there. The kids lost jump time as they made them leave the private jump area on schedule for another party. Other than that the jump experience was okay. It was very crowded and not nearly as good as Area 51 but we knew that before we booked the party so...(3) The party room - This is where sky zone really drops the ball. The party room is not set up well. For a large party of 25 children there is only one host. There is no chair or place for child to open gifts except at the table with all of the food. There is one small trash can 30 feet away. I asked for an extra garbage bag for trash and one for gifts (which is what is done at every other party place) and was told no. I had to try and hand him a gift, make my way through the crowd of children and parents who had no other place to go and run all the way over throw the trash away and run back in time to see him open another gift. It took any enjoyment of seeing your child at his birthday party away. Then, to leave, you have to carry each little small item down the stairs and go load in your car because no trash bag or anything to carry in.
So fun. Took my grand children and the loved. Saw many different ages participating.
Great place to take your kids and get the Wiggles out
I love sky zone it is so fun I love to jump around and everything
Clean, but small. If there is a party youll get edged out of areas they take over. And there are too many rules. Though they habe lowered thier high prices. Its now about $10 for an hour per kid. Still other jumping parks ive been to were much bigger and friendlier
Its OK. Area 51 is much better. They are very strict on the rules.
Waited in line for 20 minutes while 3 people behind the counter .. 2 of them socializing did nothing. My children lost jump time while the employees smirked when I asked them why they were not helping other customers. Will never go back. Please dont waste your time and go to Area 51 instead!!!
Horrible experience!! Scheduled a party in January for March when we arrived we were told our party was not in the system. After 20 min of trying to figure something out they offered to reschedule our party for a later time when we already had over half of our guest waiting, most who had driven in from Texas. Staff, with the exception of our party host, was rude and needs major training. Avoid this place!!
Its a fun place to bring your children
The check in took a long time over a mix up with gift cards. The staff seemed disorganized on monitoring the various areas. I was told I was unable to jump with my son, but on walking around the place, I found there were no areas being setup for the different age groups. My five year old had to jump in the same area as adults. Very disappointed with the variety of activities.
Beware!!! I purchase a $375 party package for my child birthday party. My party initially check in was a huge disaster the systems werent working so I had to do new waivers on all of my 15+ guest while the touchscreen computer keep blacking out. Once every waiver was completed our host left our party to have a side conversation with her fellow friends. After our party waited for her return which she didnt return to give us further instructions I walked over to her and interrupted her group chat so she could come back to help assist with our party. The host then informed me that the party was still been prepared and we would have to wait. Our party waited 30 more minutes until I went and found another employee to assist. We were promised additional jump time due to the original host not informing us on the details of where to go, what to do, etc of the $375 birthday party. Finally after an hour passed my party finally was able to have they own area to jump. I left the building approximately 15 mins to move my vehicle to a closer location in the parking lot to have to return with angry parents from my party informing me we had been kicked out of the area even though we were the last party and we missed almost an hour of our jump time and feeling very confused and frustrated due to the lack of organization. I requested for a manager with 15mins remaining and over the intercom I finally had an accounment to inform the location of where my party would be held. I located the area and nothing was set up my party favorites were missing later to be found on the floor and nothing was set up and prepared. The kids at the party were hungry and thirsty and we had to wait while different members from the staff rushed to throw things together. After the party ended I apologize to my guest and spoke with the manager. The manager offered (3) 30 minutes pass which I declined. Then explained the events to a second manager who stated he had to call the General Manager. After he returned he then told me that I was entitled to a 10% return ( $30 odd dollars.) I declined again and after returning again he informed me the cap would be $75. I was totally taken aback while trying to maintain my composure after paying Sky Zone over $375 and the party wasnt organized and a total disaster. Finally, the manager told me the General Manager would contact me and took my information to forward. I then looked up to read on the display on the wall to see the many items and services of the party we didnt receive such as my childs birthday shirt and etc. Still remaining calm and bidding my farewells to my guest my children which were boys while putting on their shoes the employee helping me escort my child birthday presents to my vechile stated the police was outside or from his ear piece. I dont know why they were called due to the location closed around 12 pm and everyone was calm. Upon exiting the building and after loading my vechile with many gifts and entering my at the police zooms off . I stop the first manager who was parked next to me and asked him thru my window why were the police called ? He responded the police was a regular who drops her child off here and she was picking him up . What??? In a police car and the devastating fact that since the police was a regular the police didnt know where the exits were having to turn around twice from to dead ends in the parking lot. But the police was a REGULAR???! I am totally embarrassed, frustrated, and angry to have encountered this event. We were regular customers and had attended a few party before at that location we were excited to host a party. But to be treated like how my party and family received is totally unheard of... Just Beware !!!
Staff is very friendly and the place is excitingly inviting and clean.
The kiddos always have BIG fun here.
Well mainly my kids experience enjoyed everything.
I did not like how everything was so segregated I have 5 kids and its hard to be in every section at one time. I like how I can just look across the whole jump floor at Area 51 and see all my kids.
My kids love this place is very fun for them
I like it its super fun for everyone
My kids love it, the 60 min seems to be just enough
Kids and parents can have fun together here
Awesome place for both kids and adults to play!
The service is horrible!! The staff are not friendly or helpful!!! The staff are very rude!!! Alot of the play areas were closed and in some play areas you could only play one at a time.
Always have a great time here!
Its a fun place for kids.
Kids love it and as a parent its mildly amusing
Great time and fun day for kids
Went there for a bday party. Workers are kids that are too busy playing with each other, instead of watching kids.
Very Family Friendly Environment!
I will never return they treat kids like caged up animals
Not nearly as busy as the one in Lafayette!
It was bigger than Area 51, but just jumping around got boring really quick.
This trampoline park just didnt have anything beside 2 dodgball courts, a regular jump court & jump pit.plus it is more expensive than other and also charges full price even for toddlers.
Kids had a blast!
Great place for the whole family to have fun
It is a little expensive for the food.
Fun place, sad it closed down
Awesome sauce
It was AWESOME!!!!!!!
Kid enjoy it
Fun place.
Nephew had great fun
Great!
The kitchen was closed unable to order food.
Half of the stuff was closed for our visit.
Go to area 51 instead
Really nice place for kids
Fun! Fun! Fun!
