Because of covid only allow a 2 hour party at 250(including all the taxes). Cant have a hostess, hanging anything on the walls( weather tape or tac). They ordered my pizza early so it sat in the oven along time so it tasted old! Just not a great experience that I expected for my daughters 10th bday.

Laser tag was well set up. Good for a groupThe guy at the counter acted like he was new just didnt have much enthusiasm or go out of his way to explain what to do or say anything beyond the,minimum but once we figured it out, it was great. The rock wall was kinda small didnt see anyone use it. The skating rink was nice.

We had a private event here and it went really well it was just so hard to plan it. they were not very consistent and we ended up having to go in person twice to get everything taken care of due to horrible communication through phone and email. the event itself went great though.

So good for small kids too! They have a training rink and a climbing/play place, which were great for my 4yo. Its a fun place and the employees were helpful too.

Adult skate night was so much fun. It was great seeing so many people showing off their skills on the floor!

Floor has good grip. There was quite a line there and they could use an additional person to help with admissions during peak times. Grab a pair of headphones for your own playlist if music is important to you. Im guessing a dj isnt in the budget. As a pro skater for almost 20 years, this rink has potential but is lacking in bringing it into fruition.

I had my celebrated my 32nd birthday here with a group of friends and we had the best time! Most of them hadnt skated in 15-20 years and were glad to see that they still had it!I wanted to do something other than a bar or fancy restaurant and this was perfect. Id highly recommend coming with a group of friends or even a date to bring back some good memories.The owner definitely keeps up with the place because everything looks clean and new! Staff was attentive and had a great attitude. They were also entertained when I checked in for my 32nd bday...there were 3 other bday parties listed ages 7, 9, 10. The best was the light up birthday cake necklace to wear:) One of the best birthdays I had in awhile...

Its fun never overly crowded and staff is friendly. If you want hot food from snack bar order before 8 as they have to break it down to clean nightly.

Its cheap considering other places you could go, and its really fun. The music is great when youre skating and has a little skating rink for younger or inexperienced skaters. Great food choices too! Its really an awesome place.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is horribly run. When ordering food, your wait is astonishing and I later realized why there was no fountain drinks & had to overpay for a bottled drink instead. I took my kids to play on a Saturday, and realized there was absolutely NO running water and NO working toilets. This is a complete violation with OSHA. You cannot open and run an establishment as usual with NO WORKING BATHROOMS. I spoke with the manager and he treated it as if it was no big deal. This is unacceptable! This needs to be and will be reported. If I could find a number for corporate, I would be contacting them, but OSHA and BBB will have to do for now. Y’all need to get your stuff together, this is pitiful.

We called ahead to find the best time to bring an 8 year old. We went at the recommended time. However, between the speed skaters nearly knocking down my child multiple times, eventually she was too afraid to skate, and the guys with their pants hanging way below their butts, we decided to leave after management didnt resolve the issues. We wont be back.

I just recently started back skating after almost 20years. But skate galaxys reminds me of why u loved skating. The music was good and they have adult night which was a blast, definitely reccomend people to visit with their family and friends.

Music choice was good. Nice atmosphere. Decent service. Plenty of flavor for those more urban. They need to update the website though. Apparently you can bring your own skates. I saw plenty of custom skates. I like the fact they have staff that skate around keeping tabs on people. Especially the kids.

Lots of fun when not terribly busy! Referees interfere just enough to keep everyone moving but not quite attentive enough to stop some roughhousing from occurring. Not a great place for newbies on a busy night, but excellent otherwise. They even have rock climbing and laser tag as well as a playground for the really small ones.

We skated for an hour and a half. Everyone was kind and helpful. The place is older but well kept.

Its was alright, staff is abit stuck up. We got new skates, and tried to ask to get our wheels loosen since they have the tools. But no they cant let you use it for 5 seconds so your child can skate with out her wheels locking up..... great job guys

We went this past Friday and had a BLAST! The restroom was completely filthy as IT IS ALWAYS. PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE ON STAFF TO TIDY YOUR RESTROOMS.

Fun day at skate galaxy ruined by the thieves that operate this establishment. Ask for a game of laser tag and pay for it. They take my money and then tell me that until some one else buys it, the game won’t be played. 2 hours no laser tag. We go to leave I ask for my money back and am told there is a no refund policy and I can come back another day and wait for no one else to play. It’s only $5 but the principle of taking a persons money and not refunding it because your establishment can’t perform, is sad and stealing imo.

Wonderful experience!!! me and my daughters had a lovely time even though I cant skate Im going to get the courage to do it and the girl in the concession stands was very very very nice it was very close to closing and she still kept her professionalism and was very nice we will be visiting this place again

Laser Tag and skating were great. The birthday party was really good too.They only have 1 (one) bathroom and it was filthy. Water standing on the floor filthy. We complained several times but when we left 3 hours later it had not been done.

Prices way too high for food and drinks...highway robbery!! Sad part is theres not a lot of places to take kids in BR and Im sure they KNOW this and thats probably why they continue to go up on prices. Not to mention you pay for admission + a pair of skates if you dont bring your own...admission should cover the skates as well, which most of them need to be replaced....If youre going to charge people an arm & a leg to enjoy themselves, upgrade the place and if not give them what they pay for....Which is practically nothing!!!! Two thumbs down from me!!!

Its a rip off, we brought a large group and prices were changed on us at the door. There wasnt enough food for our kids and they wanted to charges us more for that as well. Prices way too hight for what you actually get. Will discourage and group from going there . Was a waste of money

I took my grandkids there the weekend prior to the start of school and they had a blast. Back in the day, we had to pay a certain amount for 2 to 3 hours. Nowadays, we can pay $7 for admission and $3 for the skates and the kids can skate all day long. They enjoyed themselves and we were there for at least 7 hours.

They take safety really seriously and thats good.

Plenty of things for the kids. Skating, music, play area, laser tag. Food. Not bad at all.

The marketing is confusing, new visitors will have many questions. Once youre in, its really fun. The rink needs to be refinished. Give them business so they can upgrade!

Last Thursday of the month Hip Hop night I had a blast.

Tall man with a yellow shirt was trying to kick out my 14 year old daughter for siting down in the corner charging her phone. My daughter refused to move and then was banned for 30 days. Most likely the tall man was trying to force her to stand up.

I went in on my lunch break to buy myself a quality pair of roller skates for my birthday present to myself. After searching online for days and hours to seemingly no end, I found out (after calling and speaking to manager) that they carry all kinds of high end roller skates. I ended up getting to be helped by the owner (can’t remember his name )but he was FANTASTIC!He’s extremely knowledgeable and passionate about skating. He was my “good sign” that I definitely had to start skating again. I bought a beautiful black pair of Reidell quads with candy cane laces and red pom poms. I’m so happy with my purchase. Bringing my husband and son this weekend so mama can show them a thing or two about dance skating! Thanks Skate Galaxy for giving this old skool skater something to smile about.

Great wholesome family and friends fun. Even though I almost busted my butt

An outstanding place to host a kids birthday party! We had a double party for our daughters turning 6 and 4. It seemed that all of the parents and all of the kids had an amazing time! The staff was courteous and helpful and personable and worked hard to make the party special. Even if you dont skate or rollerblade, there is a huge indoor playground for little kids and a nice arcade area and a rock wall and plenty of concession-type food to enjoy. The best part is that we did not have to clean up before our after; someone else took care of that. For the $250 we spent, we could not be happier!

This place is so dirty, how can it still be open! If they remodel, can be just like it used to, but my kids and I can roll around in filth outside. Very disappointing as this is minutes from my house and my children would have an amazing time.

Perfect place for the whole family, They offer many themed nights and a variety of music. I didnt try the food, so no opinion there. But the staff was friendly and helpful with amateur skaters.

We decided to leave after our daughter did some rock climbing.

Skate Galaxy is the BEST place to bring kids! We bring our kids from church there and they always have a GREAT time. The staff and owners do all they can to make sure you have fun and are satisfied. We will keep going back again and again.

I brought 2 children to a birthday party; I paid for both children to skate. When I learned from the people who paid for the party that one of the childrens fees had been paid by them, I asked management for a refund. They told me originally that I couldnt get a refund because I showed up earlier than the party (?????) and then that they could only give me a skate galaxy credit so that I would only be allowed to spend MY money in their establishment.I will never return to a business that takes my cash money in payment but refuses to give that same money back to me when they are in error.And yes, its dirty too.

Not too happy with our visit. We get there and pay to skate, get in line and get our skates, sit down to put on skates and my little girl starts screaming and crying saying something biting her all over. We look down and she is covered in ants and ants on the floor all around her.we get the ants off of her and tell the worker at desk and she said oh yeah by the trash cans.My little girl was full of ant bites on her legs and hands and said she wanted to go home. We asked if we could at least get a refund for her and was told no. They called manager and manager said she would give a $3 DOLLAR skate galaxy GIFT CARD.SO OUT OF THE $43.78 I paid THEY OFFER $3 skate galaxy card .Very disappointed and they didnt even react to the ants all on the carpet
