This post is about REMINGTON PROPERTIES MANAGEMENT. They are nice people but not professional at all. They don’t respond to any maintenance issues in a reasonably timely manner. Anyone can understand if things come up but even then there is very little to no communication. They barely return phone calls. I had to wait 3 months for a dishwasher to get replaced, they never set a time or date, my family and I just had to wait while the kitchen smelled like rotting food for 3 months. The garbage disposal stopped working a month after the dishwasher got replaced and it’s the same thing. Only this time I managed to get a hold of them, her name is Nylah to be exact. She set a date for the maintenance team to come take a look. Not only were they 5 DAYS late with no call no show the day they were supposed to, they show up unannounced not even sure if we were home or not. They are here now finding it and I’m sure everything will work out but this process has been extremely frustrating for my family and I. Like I said, they seem like nice people but they have poor management skills.

The most beautiful space, with the best manager (Ashley Edwards). Couldn’t ask for a more positive, supportive, energetic presence. I love The Mill Centre and I love ASHLEY. So happy to have found you!
