Good service, but due to Covid-19, the experience just isnt the same.

This place is in the mall. No food or drinks served inside. There is one small room for birthday parties. Very little workers were working on a busy Saturday. There are two moonbounces, bumper cars, air hockey, and 2 rides. Its ok for a four-year-old, I guess

Place was empty because the prices were outrageous 40$ per kid with no type of discount for multiple children...I gave it a 2 star because it looks like its fun but small...if I just came with my daughter then the price would have been ok but still 10$ for 30 mins n I forget the rest of the prices but what child plays for 30 mins....CHUCK E CHEESES HERE WE COME

The attendant was very friendly and helpful and both adults and kids had a good time.

Went here for a birthday party. They have two rooms to choose from and they allow outside food to be brought in. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her on the rides including bumper cars,space shuttle and other. There is a slide with the plastic ball pit balls and a bouncy house. Other entertainment included tokens for basketball,air hockey and more. She made so many friends as well outside of the birthday party too. They are located downstairs from the Sears inside the mall.

They have a wide variety of amusement park rides, games and bounce houses. The price starts at $10 and up for bouncing and tokens. Rides & bumper cars are $5.99. My kids really enjoyed themselves and I could see this being a nice option for a birthday party! The age range for kids would probably be 10 and under.

We came mid day on Sunday, the place was very empty. I assume two other families. We purchased the silver package which is 19.99 and in total my children had 45 minutes of play even though 30 minutes is really for the moon bounces and the other 15 Is for the bumper cars, the jet and and a pirate ship ride only getting one ride on each. The staff were pleasant. Overall my children enjoyed themselves and asked to return

I would say its good for up to 6yo or so. Bumper cars are cool. Nice bounce houses are great as well as the slide. The Big rides arent too exciting imo. I was surprised that the games require $4 in tokens to play after the cost of the packages for entry. Staff gets 5 stars though. Had to tip even after dropping $60 on 2 kids for an hour of entertainment.

Wonderful place! Just wish kids could have had more rides for 30.00 a kid. I would like to mention Sam! A young lady that works at the white Marsh location. She was absolutley wonderful! Deserve a raise! The other staff could learn for her! She is the kind of employee that makes people come back! My grandsons birthday party with 15 kids was fantastic! Thanks Sam! We love you!

Way to expensive but great customer service. They even make adults pay for rides that two year olds cant ride on their own. $28 for 30 minutes of only 2 bounce houses taped up games. The rides need tokens and thats not included in the $28 price. But again, great customer service.

Cool place to take kids on a rainy day or just any day. My son had a blast!

My Granddaughter had fun, but it was over priced for what they provided. They also used duct tape to hold something together and used mats as a border. Also they had a party in the party area that was still under construction.

This place is nice for a quick adventure. I believe the prices seemed a bit high, as everything is by the half hour for packages. It can get expensive when bringing more than 1 child. This is located in the mall.*2 bounce houses.*1 activity slide.*a few arcade small styled rides.*a few arcade games.*bumper cars.*Pirate ride.*Rocket ship ride.*Party room.*Not much seating in the play area.*No food or drinks allowed (I believe the party room is ok only for parties).My kids still enjoyed it. Not a bad spot to let the kids run loose for a little bit after shopping.

I thought thered be more bounce houses, other than that this place is cute. The staff are attentive and friendly. My baby loved the spaceship and the bumper cars. And they have face painting for $5. We will definitely come back again.

Give your kids a great shopping break at White Marsh Mall.....ZBounce has some great bouncy houses, a rocket, bumper cars, and pirate rides for all kids to enjoy. Youll get a break from shopping, theyll have smiles on their faces ear to ear.

This place is a rip off. Its not worth the money when the kids are only limited to how many times you can ride an attraction. My kids and I wouldve came out better at Chuck E. Cheese

My children went here for a birthday party and had a blast. A little pricey but they had fun.

Not sure why the kids like it so much, but we spent a couple hours here easy and its not very expensive for two. My kids loved playing here.

First of all the room that was paid for for my grandbaby birthday was given to someone else. This place never apologized or tried to make things right. The family that occupied the room that my family paid for was very apologetic but it wasnt there fault. The two families moved things around the way they shouldve been with no help from the staff. Never again!

It was a nice place! No age limits on the areas though so if you have a toddler you may want to look around to see if there are older kids. But over all not bad for the money you spend

Only 1 employee was attentive. The owner should rethink about the employees he hired to run that place. All employees at once disappeared for approximately 15min. An left the business without an employee present was crazy. There were 2 adults 35+ years old and 2 older teenagers (16-18 years old) jumping doing flips in the bouncing house was rediculous with it having a 80lb limit!! The same adults In bouncie house also put their own kids and other peoples kids on the rides and operated the rides themselves again with no employees present!!! There were also people standing at the counter during this period of time that walked away because again no employees to take their money for his kids to participate. Then others just walking in playing not paying at all!! Dangerous actions there allowing public to do whatever in your place of business.Bad Business ZBOUNCE get it together.

So it is called ZPlanet now. We had a fantastic time. This is a great place for kids I and under. Little arcade rides. The person there was so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be going back.

There is a cute little place to take a toddler. It is located right outside of Sears at Whitemarsh mall. I like it better then Chuck E Cheese.

My Sun likes this place. Decent setup but can get pricey depending on what your kid(s) like to do.

Good place the children had fun but we are not satisfied with the service recently after they changed the lady who in charge the center .

I called over a month ago to inquire about booking a party for my daughters birthday and they lady told me to call back the next day to check to see if the date was available because they were remodeling. So I call the next day.... she tells me yes the dates available to come in ONE week prior to put the deposit down. So I thought everything was fine. Until the time comes and it’s one week prior to the party and here I am without a party venue now because they employee lied to me....... I called another location to see if i can get in touch with someone in charger for this location they guy tells me they are closed due to major construction & wont be open for another month or so! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I’m literally days away from my daughters party and now she cannot have a party as these people lie!Will never ever go there ever again. I use to take my daughter for open jump! Not anymore and I’ll be sure to tell others not to go either.

It was our first visit after seeing the place several time while shopping in the mall. My wanted to go to A playground but it was pouring raining. So I remembered zbounce in white marsh mall. My daughter really enjoyed it. A great way to burn off some energy. And the staff was very helpful.

Customer service is awesome

Used to be just bounce houses, now has a few of those but some rides and bumper cars. My 2 year old and I played some games and rode some rides for $10. Found the cost reasonable considering the variety and intensity of amusements available and the location (in the mall; rent is high for them). Nothing comparable to this in the area. Good spot for kids parties (less than 8 years old I think; probably ideal for 4-6 year olds). Staff was very kind and described the rides to help us choose how to use our ride tokens let us use the slide onsite for free after we bought some ride/game tokens. Could benefit from some hip but family friendly music pumping throughout. Id recommend 90s early 2000s music since the music will benefit parents the most and most parents of young children now grew up in those decades.

Awful used to be nice now just a money grab. Used to he fun as bounce house now less bouncing and arcade and rides. Kids need more supervision and will keep needing tokens to do rides. Similar rides are available in the mall

The rides stop running several times and they did nothing to consider to children, or their parents money.

I called to try and plan a party for my son at the white marsh location, the lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional. She answered as if i was calling her personal number and when I asked her a question she hung up and continued to ignore my call. I would never give them a $1 of my money.

Very over price. Staff not friendly. If machine doesnt work staff doesnt want to believe machine took your money. In addition you must pay a cost for each item your kid wants to go on. For example... Bumper cars is separate price from bouncer where your kid can bounce. My recommendations go some place else.

This place is outrageously expansive. Check out the ridiculous prices on their website. Urge other parents to stay away until the owners stop the ripoff pricing.

Everytime i call to find out about party information no one answer the phone online dont tell me how much it is like u got be so ready for the public when u open up this kind of place stop hire this kids cause they have no good customer i know they got learn but if u want ur business to make it customer come first cause rhey tell there friends who tell there friends and so on and so on hire someone answer the phone or post important information on ur website and stoop try make babies u know aint going do much pay for stuff stop try make moms and dads pay ride with there 2 year old who could hurt them self on ur rides i love what has been done to the place now work on that price and customer service this place going be jumping like chuck e cheese but better

We went to the White Marsh location. I didnt know what to expect but it was very lackluster. Way too expensive for very little entertainment. I rather spend my money in Chuck E Cheese for my child. Waste of time and money.
