For the price they do not give you much to break. All of the bigger items that is more fun to break is extra money. I paid $82 for my bf and i. It was really for him to let go some frustration but he had a case full of small glasses and plates. We ended up buying a vcr for him to break but the bill was def not work the experience.

Ive now been here twice to give it another go. The concept of destroying things is great. The customer service my party has received has been terrible. For small businesses its imperative that you make your customers feel that you appreciate their business. Employees ignoring customers to tend to their children. Arguing with customers over minute policies posted somewhere on the site. Consumers want to come to this establishment to have fun, relieve stress etc. With todays climate try to be a little understanding. Its not as if customers are lining up to get an appointment

I’ve been twice the very first time I went it was my birthday with everything pre-planned we kinda got lost on the way to the place (someone gave the wrong address) we were late. (Excuse me) for not knowing names but the white lady was amazing she helped out told us instructions told us to head on back and that we have 45 mins. Well the black lady yells out (nastily) NO THEY DON’T they were late. We were only allowed 29 mins to break stuff. We didn’t say much we left it alone and went about our day. The second time we went the set up was different. The white suits weren’t provided which I found very odd. We need those specially ppl who aren’t dressed properly. She said “ oh we’re running low on them so we didn’t put them out. WEIRD. Because last party someone got cut by glass you’d think to be safe then sorry. Any-who she ended up offering some to us not all. Some of the members of the party didn’t want to participate she said oh you guys can put helmets on etc and go back and look. When we were all done the Angry black lady says. The on lookers have to pay $15 each. which wasn’t told to us at all isn’t posted anywhere in the establishment they had NO directions or anything in the entire building that would let us know that besides the website and word of mouth. Needless to say we didn’t pay the money. Probably won’t ever go there again! The black lady only wanted us to pay because the white lady gave us the white suits.Reply: that’s not true I didn’t book either time I was a guest both times. I showed up the time I was told! And was there whatever dealings you had with the people who booked is just that. You’re rude and your and not a great asset to your business. You expected someone to go online just to see your rules? Print the paper for crying sake! Post it somewhere. The suits are available your employee said you guys didn’t order them! But she had them in the back and brought them out for onlookers but the ppl who’s paying $45 had to ask for them. The business is janky. We told you we wouldn’t be back no need to jumpOn here and say it. I sent you plenty of business since I’ve came the first time. I won’t do that again. Ps. You telling me the person who booked with business idc or know if one person showed up vs 500 it wasn’t for me to know. His mom traveled from NC to come to smash we payed the money to smash and you gave us a bunch of little cups. Nothing to actually smash. We didn’t complain while there until you pulled some foolery out of your pocket and edited your website to try and gain more money from us.

Fun times at a friends birthday party here. Hillary was a great host!

So much fun! If you have any frustrations, this is amazing way to let them out!

Absolutely loved breaking stuff!!! Plates, glasses, bottles, saucers, bowls etc! Took my husband as a part of his birthday weekend festivities and had a blast! I would honestly recommend to anyone looking for a fun date night/social outing.

It is so much fun. Easy to get to, lot of items to break. A great time with work and friends
