I enjoy visiting the Parks!! I would Love if the City Would make routine Sanitizing Sprayers who came periodically and sprayed equipment and benches that would really benefit our Pandemic Safety Standards..

Good places to take your kids to play during the day I dont know about night cuz I havent been there in a long time

Clean park. Utilizes adequate lighting and bathrooms, though open were clean and reasonably well kept up. I like this park the best. Green grass and lots of lovely trees & shady spots!

I love the play structure for the kids.

Lots of shade, water toys, but 7 year olds were there without parents fighting most of the evening. Other adults and older children kept having to break it up and we had to watch our little ones closely because the kids kept fighting by where everyone else was playing in the water. Also, someone drove their car up on the grass.

My daughter loves this park. Cant wait until Corona is over to swim in the pool

Love it its rt/ a cross the Street from my Appartment just wish there was Security there, it needs it, but it is kept up very nicely better than when I first moved here 11 years ago has changed for the better.. As far as Security just so we has someone visible certain times of the day, I dont want to take anyone RIGHTS AWAY, just an OVERVIEW periodically.. Thanks for the up keep they are doing a GREAT JOB . THANKS AGAIN..!

Great place for the kids to go and play. You always feel safe when youre there.

Its how you just get out there and use the public places be a blessing to the community and respect others and its all good my wife and I took our grandson to a birthday party here today and we enjoyed the little water park to beat the 99 degree temperature.....we also found out that the community pool is very nice and clean with life guards....AND ITS OPEN EVERY DAY ON THE SUMMER FROM 1PM TO 4PM ....FOR ONLY A DOLLAR......WE ARE GOING TODAY RIGHT AFTER CHURCH

Went for the East Bakersfield festival, the park is nice sized and has a pool. Not sure if open to the public without membership, but pretty good.

I take my daughter swimming at the pool thats about it but the kids that work there are very nice and friendly and lifeguards are very professional and always on point for safety

Jefferson Park is a very good place to enjoy yourself with the kids, its changed alot since Ive been growing up and I have been living in Bakersfield all my life. Ive went swimming there did alot good park try it out yourself...

I just feel for a public pool being only open from 1 to 4 I understand it only cost a dollar but Bakersfield is extremely hot extremely and I was just a visitor I cannot imagine living there

I want to make this review perfectly understandable. My rating is for the new BB Courts. They did an amazing job of renovating them. Thank you. Hopefully the actual park can be cleaned up. Everytime I go there which isnt as often as Id like to only bc I see dope bags all over the grass.

Thats great that they have to playgrounds for children to play with other children their own age what I really dislike the was that people just leave their mess everywhere and there were adults playing in the kids playground as if it was for them insecurities with a little tighter this place would be great but we cant do everything for everyone all the time right..

It was a wonderful visit going back nostalgia flying on the high dive I myself with my cousins I would have wonderful parking used to to be a great place to go they need to bring the high Dive back that was one of the funnest parks in Bakersfield

A lot of kleptomaniacs go to this park by the wisest cool BK play basketball at the park they got Friday Night Lights for the children which is great otherwise the other side is thieves

Love the new basketball courts need to get rid of the sand from the play ground the play ground is nice just not the sand kids keep getting it in there eyes

My Neighborhood Park. Decent Park for children to play during the day. Blue collar type feel. Night time not so Sweet. Looks like the dead came back alive. The Walking Dead is out their Otherwise. In general a nice park!

Park is good in the day time. I will not go at night time just because a lot of drugies go to the park. In the day time you see a lot of families having a good time. Is Ok park.

Go early in the day during the week if you are looking for a quiet, nice place to take your kids. If its after 2 or a weekend? Be ready 2 share your space with LOTS of different walks of life here on this side of town.

Jefferson park memories date back to the 2000. I grow up next to this park. Hitting back flips off the swing. We use to connect somebody to two swings. Then we would swing them with someone on top. The restrooms are still poorly matienced.

Very nice park, spray park and playground are excellent. Only downsides are how crowded it is, and not a great place to be after dark. Also, lets just say it isnt very ethnically diverse... not many Caucasians

Yall should really invest in a soccer Court or at least a street soccer Court.I like what yall did to the new basketball courts but it took you guys too long to get them fixed.

I took mu granddaughter here during the day on a weekday and the children area was relatively clean and had several toys fot toddlers her age but there were several unsupervised children there which made it difficult to enjoy playing because they were throwing sand and blocking the slides and I was approached by people asking if i had weed or money

Its good but bathrooms are very dirty. Much trash every were.

New playground and soon to be build new basketball court. I use to hear bad things that went on at the park but its a blessing things change in time.

It is the best park i have been to because of the place were you look like you can have a meat and great that has a lot of stairs that look lod .The stairs make it look like old important things happen thereMe and my dad go there ever sunday or SaturdayHe plays basketball and I go play at the park or at the place that looks importantSo to me the park is the best park I have ever been to and it has a really good pool.I give the park a five star rate

Theres too many bummy digusting people there yes im talking about the disrespectful black people and the wanna be gangsters and dumb teenagers. Not a good place to take your kids unless you grew up in that area and your comfortable with that type of class.
