Stayed for 2 years. With Storz mgmt Co., rent increases the max each year and they dont keep their promises. Frequent front office changes and crime is rampant!although they promised to add security in 2016,most neighbors are good people who cant afford anything else.

Nice clean park . Good management and maintenance crew. Nice quiet place to live.

Nice place for older people to live in!

Expect stolen property, constant rent raises whenever possible, and 0 follow up on any of these issues.Side note this park is a hobo shortcut so we get vagrants constantly.Plus side note is the grounds keepers are good at there jobs and very friendly.

Is cool to live in this places. BUT watch out with the bikes night thief. Dont let you staff outside.

Its getting new mobiles but space rent is going way up!

Since I live in here I can say right now we have new owners of the park, also came new Managers.. These are nice, understanding people..The park has been being improved and under construction to beautify and necessary issues addressed. Brand new mobiles await your purchase. Pool,spa or Jacuzzi, sauna,pool tables, other features at clubhouse.

Nice and clean

Nobody cleans up after their dogs when they let him run around and use the bathroom everywhere and theres drug activity here but as long as you stay to yourself youll be okay its okay to live here. Three stars out of five .......

Mobile home park just like any other

I hope to live there I like it its quiet

Happy Fourth of July reminder no fireworks allowed anyone caught lighting will loose residency in the park and will be evicted thanks the manager
