Went here to visit a friend. Management came up to me and treated me like a criminal. My friend arrived and asked why I was being treated like this. Managements replay was Hes Brown, . The color of my skin makes me a criminal according to the Manager of this place..........good greef.

This is a very nice 55+ park that Ive had my eye on for awhile. Their rental are decent and this place is immaculately kept. Larger spaces, wide streets, and the homes are very well maintained. I am starting the application process this week. I pray my experience here will be a normal process, and not a nightmare like the first place I tried, which was a subsidized senior park. There are only two senior parks in town that are hard to get into, because, when they do have homes come on the market those are snapped up quickly. The other one is Highland Knolls Mobile Estates. That is the best recommendation I can think of.

Nice well kept but clearly security gate isnt keeping seniors safe enough. Needs security. Sad when people target seniors and they dont feel safe where they live.

I live here its awesome.

Should have given no stars. I pulled up to the gate and realized I had left my key at home so I courteously pulled to the side, so that I may contact someone to open the gate. Before long a white pickup beams his lights from behind reving his engine almost violently. I waited for someone to approach my window but no one came. About five miniutes later two sheriff show up and arrest me for tresspasing because I didnt look like I was telling the truth about the gate key. So thats y so few stars. Other then that its a beautiful, clean, quiet place.
