My grandma lives here. So quiet. I LOVE the pool and the neighbors are great too

So I came today to see what units they had available and seen they had some amazing remodled units for 25 thousand or so park was quite and people were out cleaning yards and they were even trimming up some bushes in the back I will come again when I am ready to buy as they dont have rentals here

The park manager is nice and really friendly.

Manager is friendly, helpful, and is professional attitudes.

The Manager is fair and friendly. My daughter has lived in two separate mobile homes in this park and she has always been fair while still in forcing the rules.

Quiet, clean, and friendly. I’ve been here for about a year and a half now and I’ve had nothing but a good experience. Melissa the manager is a joy to be around and also speak with. She’s helpful, patient and goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of. The park itself is pretty quiet and there’s little to no foot traffic. It’s in a nice secluded area which keeps the atmosphere peaceful and bright. 12/10 would definitely recommend!!

Bakersfield Mobile Home Park is a great place to live. It is quiet, clean, the park manager (Melissa) is professional. I am so happy I found this little place to live.

Very nosey community of trailer park tattle tales . Complaining, plus the pool is closed early as f#$!!.

Lived here for about 11 years so most my life and ever sense new ownership this park has gone nothing but down hill management does not help or do anything to help the park and the people in it this place is now a dump !!!

Its been a grate place to live for the last 17 years.Im changing my review . Ive been here all most 20 yesrs. And its been home. Ive seen 3 deffernt owners. The park changed a lot from the first to the 2nd owners. Seen alot of deffernt people move in and out. Now we have new owner once again . So far so good. Hope thy keep things like thy are or make it better. i have injoyed my time living here. The park has gotten alot better cleaner. Management. Are working hard and is on site a lot more then in years. She seems to realy be making a good deference. I can. See it around the park. So Im going to give the park and Melissa both5 out of 5. Thank you. BMP.
