I have visited friends who live in the mobile home park. It’s a quiet area for the most part. Some elderly residents aren’t so accepting of children but it’s not a 55+ park. It’s a family mobile home park. They have great property owners and nice clubhouse and pool for events.

I was only at the office to see if they knew of any mobile homes for sale. The grounds were clean, very quiet, and lots of nice trees for shade.

Trailers and surrounding areas need to be cleaned up. Take pride where you live

Its a beautiful spot but the one major downfall is that the train runs right next to it

The management needs a lot of help, they think they can do whatever they want. Actual owner is never reachable. Worst place in town.
