I work for both share ride company but every time I go through there to pick up a passenger drop one off its always full and looks seems to be quiet

The place is still trashy and reminds me of a zombie movie. I think my alignment on my car is out because of the horrid pothole driveways. Thank God it was night and most of the kids were home asleep. Just grateful to get out of there before I was carjacked.

Its nice, quiet place for a family just starting out or something to retire into. The homes are very well kept and its safe for children.

I.moved there e mos ago i keep pretty much to myself but havent had any problems laundry room inexpensive rent but you get no static repairing some times a little noisy in the evenings sometimes but all in all not bad

The rent is priced very good for the area and if you dont have a trailer or mobile home of your own they have several that are for rent or sale. If you are looking to buy the property owner has several options for financing the purchase of their mobile homes that are available for purchase. The maintenance guys are available 24/7 for your emergency repair needs and they live on-site. The security company is on the ball to keep unwanted criminal activity out of the property and respond quickly when a problem does come up to attempt to get the problem dispersed before the sheriffs department has to be involved.

My man is the on site manager there and i think it has been alot of improvement since he started to be thew manager it will take alil bit of time but will get alot better....

That place is a dump, with trash overflowing the dumpsters and potholes bigger than a dart board. If you can ignore the kids asking for cigarettes and booze, you might make it to the back side of the park in which there is no exit. My advice, steer clear of that place. Unless of course, you already have a criminal record.

They are heartless my baby boy Gerald Ellis died in a trailer there in the park and on the day my son died one year later I was sad and crying and I went and bought roses from the store and took them to the trailer where my son died and the managers throw them in the trash can and told me to not do that again cause they did not people to know a baby has died there. More then one manager there has stole money that the renters have played there rent with but only thing happened there is the renter has to move cause the manager says we did not pay it even this I did. Run down property with lots of potential with the right tenants. Plenty of empty spaces for single wide homes and travel trailers. Not sure on space rent but have been told it is affordable.

Some drastic improvements need to be made in this community starting with a stronger presence of code enforcement to regulate on the dilapitation and aesthetically unpleasant landscape that is so overridden with bedbugs and cockroaches that it is difficult to compare which is worse between pests and the criminal activity that makes it a hostile environment.
