This community is great. Thanks in part to fairly strict management, you dont have very many trashy people living here. You dont have broken down cars in driveways, or old TVs laying in lawns. Its really quiet here and very affordable. Better living experience than an apartment, but far cheaper. This area of town is growing quickly and I bet rates will start to increase.

Beware... the couple that own this park will require a 1500.00 deposit because she said residents steal the wiring to electricity. You will pay a premium price to live in a dump. No exercise facilities, no pool, no nothing.

Ive lived here maybe about 15 years and I lost my husband didnt know what I would do, But the owner and the community were here for me, it safe here its clean, and yes its strict but I wouldnt want it any other, and its beautiful
