Country Aire MHP is something else in a bad way. I have been living here for a long time. As the years have passed on Country Aire MHP has done nothing but gotten worse. The lot rent goes up and the everything else goes down. So where to begin, well for starters there are a lot of dogs just running around free. On one occasion my family and I walked to the mail box and one of my kids almost got bitten by a dog. We did report this to management and we were then told report it to police. There is also a main power post with the electric power meter that was leaning over and some of the lines were hanging low. The only thing done to the power pole is that someone put some kind rope or strap to the pole and tied it to the tree. It’s been like that for about 3 weeks now. Now for the excessive vehicles and utility trailers on the property. There is a contract between Country Aire MHP and the tenants. In the contract it states that there is only to 2 vehicles per lot. It also states that vehicles are not permitted to park on the grass or curb side. However there are vehicles and utility trailers parked all along the curb side and grass. It has become a safety problem living here. The so called landlord Connie has done nothing about this. It really looks and feels like all that Country Aire MHP and there employees only care about money and not the safety of the people.

Office Connie worked fast to let me move in and did extra making sure the air conditioner was working before I moved in. Nice lady!

Since we’ve moved in this mobile community has been pleasant!! And the property staff are nice as well!! My children really like it here!! Thanks!!

Loud music that lasts all night. The property manager is very rude and extremely unprofessional. Most of the units either have black mold or some other kind of serious damage. Bad, bad, bad and worse. Just read some of her responses..... her professionalism shows its self.

Unacceptable, you can call 10 times & still no one will pick up.

Too many residents operating lawn care businesses out of their homes, clogging the streets with their trucks trailers and equipment. Mgmt will not do anything about it. Many houses have anywhere from 4 to 8 vehicles in front of them, again clogging the streets, some jumping the curb and parking on what should be their lawn. Management turns a blind eye to all of it. Otherwise relatively quiet and little criminal activity.

The management sucks connie is mean she doesnt do anything about the loose dogs the loud music the residents needs like we were two days late paying rent and never had been before and now she wants to kick us out
