I honestly cant say enough good things about Branch creek. If you are one of the lucky people who were able to get a trailer inside this park congratulations! I currently do not live there, but I did grow up there when I was a kid. The place has barely changed except for the new additions at the very back of the property. I sometimes just cruise around in my car with my windows down reminiscing around all the spots me and my friends used to get in trouble there. Such fond memories.

Best time ever I never had in all life

My brother & his kids live here. They have for a couple of years now and the community is always nice and clean and well maintained. The guys who are on golf carts during the day ALWAYS WAVE, SAY HI & SAY HAVE A GREAT DAY... That in itself makes my visits to see my family worth giving 5+stars! Please acknowledge to them the fact that they do that and its noticed/appreciated!

I lived here for 10 plus years. Was fine at first, but has gone down hill significantly. Management picks and chooses who has to follow the rules and who doesnt. They attempt to bully you in to doing things by threatening your property. Also, management is barely capable or reading, writing or even speaking English. Best thing I ever did was move out of this place.

Quiet, clean place to live. But cant have a lot of friends visit because they will get towed away if they park on the street. My friends dont like to come over because they have to park so far away in a specific place set up for that and not by my house. Especially my handicapped friend. Should make an exception for her.

This place is ridiculous!!!!! Dont ever come here and live, because trust me the office and the manager are going to be annoyed as hell. If you have guests, you cant park on the road, you CANT park over guest parking without letting them know. Theyre closed at 5 so good luck trying to park because nobody for you to notice. Another thing is, dont be surprise 1 day you open your back door and see a random office guy in your backyard. He just takes pictures of things they dont like in your backyard and have you remove it. Literary no privacy as all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Ive been here for about three years and they made me buy my house if not then i needed go move out, they never answer the phone.eversince they got.new.staff, all she.does is ses the calls come in but.she.will.never answer. Also its been almost a yr since they were supposed to.come.n fix my garage n nothing. At first i.loved it here but ever since they made changes.on staff.its just.been.down.hill

Its 4th of July weekend and only one pool open with bunch of people. But the rent steadily growing annually. Sad.

Nice place to live very peaceful

Dont move here if you have other options. They tried to take my home over a tire swing out back and a few toys in my yard. Because you dont own the land it is easy for them. They dont fix anything themselves. Had broken garage for 8 months and a live wire from lights possibly still there. I lived at Branch Creek for 17 years. The first 10 were great and i was impressed with it overall. The last 7 management changed and so did the overall feel and look. The office and management have no customer service skills. They were very rude and made it very hard to sell our home. This place has changed into an apartment atmosphere. Money money money. Rent increases yearly. The pool is gross or closed so swimming is not an option. The club houses are to rent only. Then the folks that do rent them park all down the streets. Throwing trash around, getting drunk and playing loud music till 1 or 2 am. The basketball courts are locked up most times and play scape (slide and climb area) has trash and glass everywhere. Due to the parties and minimal grounds cleaned. Seemed to me our rent went into expanding and building new parks and offices instead of taking care of Branch Creek.

Managment does not seem to personally care about the residents here. The pools are locked when they are scheduled to be open. Visitors have no where to park and get towed if they park on the street yet rent is rising. I would never recommend anyone live here.

Violent, dangerous area. High theft rate. Drunk drivers cause significant damage on a weekly and nightly basis. Cameras are a must-have. You also have to secure any AC units against theft, because, yeah, thats an extremely common thing.
